True enterprise grade Intelligent automation solution helping bring efficiency and accuracy to business operations
Ease of use, good documentation, and a responsive support staff
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and maintain, good documentation and responsive support staff. The acquisition by SS&C has improved the business relationship; we are starting to investigate using other products available with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue Prism provides an open palette for process design which is very powerful for an experienced user and potentially daunting for the novice. There must be a mentorship and support structure in place that helps to reinforce sound design principles. The Blue Prism ROM should be followed for best results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Blue Prism for three years and have only encountered minor issues, none of which prevented automating a business process. The upgrade from version 6.5 to 7.1 is going well, and we have noticed many improvements.
Solid RPA Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Blue Prism is the reusability and extensibility of the developed objects. The more you use Blue Prism in your organization, the faster you can create and develop new solutions leveraging solutions from the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scheduling system is complicated and not very flexible. It isn't easy to optimize your licenses and runtime resources without some custom developments and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Prism is removing manual repetitive intensive tasks from users and automating them with huge benefits. It also allows more complex processes to interact with legacy applications in an automated and effective way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find every functionality you need. Creating process is easy with drag and drop system. It is cheaper compare to other solutions. BluePrism still offers on-premise solution. BluePrism is a complex solution with possibility of using OCR, LLM etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate faster reaction to functional problems. Even though quite a lot of users report same issue, it takes more than 2 versions to fix the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blue Prism is helping us to manage and lower costs and connect manual work with automated work.
Strong option for the enterprise, but in danger of becoming too heavy.
What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is in my opinion the best RPA service for the enterprise. Especially the structure around processes and objects is key to this. Also the options for user management and logging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application has feel heavy, and does carry a lot of functionality that is only relevant for very old American companies, with a huge platform legacy. There are also a potential for providing a good bucket of functions, that customers are developing them selves. Dynamic scheduling being one of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating manual processes. We're driving a really strong digital transformation, where automating manual processes is key to succeeding with this. This journey is slowing being sped up, as the tool is really built for continuous automation with the same space.

What do you like best about the product?
So, I have been with blue Prism and SS&C Blue Prism for over five years.I Must say this hasn't disappointed me at all any regrets that I have been with this beautiful Automation platform for so long.
This has the best development experience compared to any other tools in the market. This provides the best user support through its community which has grown tremendously over the years.

What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would suggest is to improve the cloud version of it so that it matches the legendary desktop user experience. Also cloud-related installations are currently not available in a single bundle, which takes some to set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business requires to be run automation in a huge scale which runs for all regions EMEA,APAC, AMER. I must say by using SS&C Blue prism, the scaling was made very easy. The load management is also very efficient.

Very secure and reliable. Easy and simple to learn and use. The best RPA tool in market. Good overall view about process and object.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any concern, but it's moving away from low code platform.

We have over come sla, errors and headcount of the process by using Blue Prism tool. This reflects how suitable Blue Prism is for process Automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Blue Prism Client and Functionalities/Technology did not update much in the last 5 years almost the same as when I started using BP (especially the developer and controller side did not update much).
- Blue Prism does not provide Cloud base Studio or Control which may help the developer/controller to handle the process or execute the process from anywhere.
- Should provide an interface to handle the control room from the mobile application.
- Many awesome and useful change ideas are mentioned on the community portal but Blue Prism did not think about that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on many projects which were impossible with traditional automation like PHP, and VBA but due to low code/no code functionality, it was possible just because of Blue Prism products. I can say Blue Prism helped a lot with Main Frame and Java-related product automation.
