What do you like best about the product?
The cloud based model has some significant benefits. The implementation was undertaken with ease, the software is intuitive and the cloud model comes with Intelligent Automation capabilities as part of the package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cloud based model should have chat boy capability but doesn't have an out the box option. Performance dashboarding within core product should be improved as lacking

Legislative and regulatory requirements in HR and finance.

Consider the benefits that the cloud model has over on premise solutions

What do you like best about the product?
The "graphical" way you are building a process in Blue Prism is an immense help in case your process is complex or (which is even more important) when you return to an already existing process to update it. Moreover, the fact that you can jump freely in the process while debugging it is an invaluable tool, that is unfortunately not available in the majority of other RPA tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Development in Blue Prism may lack speed compared to some other less robust RPA tools. The fact that you need to distinguish between Process and Object Studio does not always come in handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Blue Prism for a large palette of problems ranging from basic front-end automation to interconnect few legacy apps to complex workflows with user-form input, API requests, AI steps and sophisticated reports.

What do you like best about the product?
After a couple of years of using Blue Prim, I can say it is a good process automation software.
Among the features I like the most about the program, I emphasize the design and creation of workflows. The recording is also excellent, even above other similar software I have used.
On the other hand, the task assignment is intuitive and solid.
Its data migration and security feature is an excellent complement to process automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I particularly dislike. However, some workers have MAC compatibility issues, which can be fixed whit better optimization.

I mainly use Blue Prism to develop software requested by customers because it saves e much effort.
As for joint projects, I use the program to indicate the steps to follow, what I need and automate some actions when others are completed. The result is amazing: productivity and order, especially on complex tasks.
I also use the software to do automation tests related to the security of the organization's information.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Blue Prism has a somewhat high cost for various functions, so I recommend buying it, especially for medium or large companies. The trial version will help you determine if it is the program you are looking for or not.
As an additional tip, the bots you can develop with the interface are complete but somewhat simple. So you can always dig into the bot code to refine it and tailor it to your liking.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue prism is an amazing RPA platform for handling big and complex projects. The UML like design makes easy to understand and explain to Stakeholders what the robot is doing and it's also easy to maintain the robot on long term
What do you dislike about the product?
Blue prism could have a better tag control on their queues (we had a situation where several robots stopped in production because the name of the tags had too many characters, however, the length of then was lower than 25 chars) and also a better integration with tools like docker. The lack of these two things slow down the process a bit when deploying robots to PROD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any back-office related automation can be conducted with blue prism help. I have been working with projects worldwide and highly complex and blue prism was the best tool to use so far for such difficult projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Blue Prism is one of the leading Robotic Process Automation platforms. My experience with the platform has been amazing. It is one the most complete automation tool that is pretty much stable. Automating processes with Blue Prism is easy and we get to reuse a lot of the flow/code. Some of the features that I love are:
1. Stability: Blue Prism is quite a stable platform compared to competitors.
2. Work Queue: Blue Prism was the first to implement Work Queues in RPA, they have only gone and made it awesome.
3. Debugging: Often overlooked BluePrism provides better debugging than the competition.
4. Object Process Bifurcation: Separating components into objects with interact with apps and processes which contain the Business Logic is a game-changer feature as it allows reusability and quick development of new processes.

There are very few features that I dislike about the product. The top complaint is Blue Prism is not the first to market with a new feature, which is why they might be more stable. Also, the cost is an issue with Blue Prism, the competition is quite cheap compared to it. Finally, not having a web-based control room and a recorder has pushed it down amongst citizen developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With help of Blue Prism, we are trying to automate our business processes to reduce human efforts and errors. Blue Prism has helped us achieve it by letting us build processes quickly and at scale. (at my previous organization, we are still implementing at current)

Management of complex infrastructure of security has to be dealt with great deal of care, and better hands-on, blue prism delivers the business with the flexibility you want

The on-primse, and cloud computation of the business takes a lot bandwidth of data structure we use, so to enhance this they have to implement a good structure to complete this.

The robot is a multi Tasker, and very well supervised. It has performed some amazing complex solving problems and thus has given me an efficient way of working towards my business
Easy to use automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy-to-use automation tool for Process automation. Easy to integrate and manage along with being able to integrate with various 3rd party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI, it feels complex compared to UI path.

Automated tasks that include complex processes for clients and other daily chores in company.

Best suited for medium and large scale industries looking to implement RPA for daily chores or client requirement.

The ease of integration into our existing solution alongside Camunda was impressive.

There still appears to be some bugs with certain legacy software integrations.

We are implementing Blue Prism to provide a solution for our clients. The build is still ongoing so no money yet but it's saved us a lot of time!
