What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates with data saved in other sheets. Additionally, the UI is very friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like having to save remember to save my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets allows my team to work collaboratively on single sheets. This prevents a lot of back and forth between team members.
Smartsheet is a great project management tool for me.

Beneficial to manage the project day to day activities through automation.

Not very user friendly, can't automate everything

Creating a to do list, task deadlines

Creating dropdown lists and assigning to people in the organization is very convenient

Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate to where the files I need are located.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of collaboration with parties outside our organization is a big plus, setting user permissions is easy.

Smartsheet has been very easy to use for all of our meetings - easy to share sheets with other departments in our company, works well with collaboration

Works like Excel but doesn't offer the exact same features

Workspace as a great asset to collect related info like risk, stakeholders and more.

Complex way to adapt file raise to keep format, wasting time to get flows and the lack of AI to creat draft versions.

Great, complicated product
What do you like best about the product?
We have found Control Center to be a very powerful tool in keeping our resources organized. We are a service provider, we accept multi-sample project submissions through a form and then track progress of each project, each sample through sheets generated with Control Center. We are able to record data as we proceed and have our overview sheets update immediately, allowing us to actively track all projects in our queue at once
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very hard to follow the flow of information through SmartSheet. Between forms, automations, archiving workflows, and formulas, we have found it hard to track ownership of assets and the sources of certain pieces of information. We have resources that don't appear to be owned by anyone and SS has not been able to track them down, we have lost assets with team members leaving that we did not know would disappear. It can also be difficult to utilize the formulas- I have found there are may limitations to the formulas that are not intuitive to an experienced Excel user

Intuitive UI, Needs More Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I found Smartsheet's intuitive usage from the user interface standpoint as particularly valuable, making it easy to handle. Additionally, the ability to see all company tasks in one place and generate comprehensive reports for over 800 sheets is incredibly useful, enhancing our accountability and execution.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Worked well in helping us track jobs, there progress, and where mistakes were made. It also works well to track excess inventory to get rid of. Since using smartsheets we have been able to determine if the mistake came from purchasing, design, or the warehouse.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that everything is manually entered. I would love to figure out implementing a barcode system to use with smartsheets and our inventory

It has helped us accureatly track jobs, with project managers, sales, and design all being constantly updated on the progress of the warehouse as well as the progress of materials that are on back order.
