Convenient and Easy Set-Up, but UI Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet incredibly convenient. Setting it up was very easy, which made the transition smooth from the start. In the month I have been using it, Smartsheet has been instrumental in allowing my partners and me to upload files, share them easily, and streamline our workflow. It has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency by enabling effortless aggregation and sharing of work with other partners. This streamlined sharing capability not only facilitates collaboration but also aids in efficient work management. I would definitely buy Smartsheet again and recommend it to other partners due to its ability to simplify complex project handling and improve our work efficiency. Overall, my satisfaction with Smartsheet is reflected in my perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the colors and the way the buttons are placed in the interface of Smartsheet. It's very annoying to me. Additionally, I found difficulty in combining different files from various sources, which has been a bit challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to aggregate and share work with partners, improving efficiency and collaboration.
Excellent for Team Collaboration on Shared Documents
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for multiple users and teams to collaborate on a single document is very useful and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it's easy to forget to add new users and grant them editing permissions, since this option isn't enabled by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to create production plans and manage workflows, as well as for several smaller tasks. Overall, it is the easiest tool we have found to use so far.
Secure and User-Friendly Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Smartsheet for three years and it has become a great standard tool within my company. I really appreciate its ease of use; despite the initial complexity when setting up, it only took me two hours to get comfortable with it. Smartsheet's versatility in creating different types of sheets and combining them is incredibly useful for organizing templates, lists, and reviewing the status of processes in my organization. I particularly value how secure Smartsheet is when sharing documents or sheets with others, which gives me peace of mind when collaborating. Overall, I like Smartsheet so much that I wouldn't change anything about it and would rate my likelihood to recommend it as a nine out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet was initially a bit complicated to set up, typical of most new tools. However, it became manageable after two hours of learning.

I use Smartsheet to create templates, organize lists, and track process statuses, enhancing organization and efficiency within my company. It combines sheets effectively and ensures easy, secure document sharing.

I appreciate the ability to customize using formulas, much like you can in Excel.

I find it disappointing that the standard version does not offer options for selecting the 'earliest date' or 'latest date.' Additionally, it's frustrating that there is no way to connect Smartsheet with the Outlook calendar in real time.

Intuitive browser application with an Excel feel
What do you like best about the product?
The application is fully usable in the browser and thus accessible from anywhere. Multiple people can work on it simultaneously. The operation is simple and understandable, and the program's functionality is reminiscent of Excel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some display filters can only be set with an appropriate license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this solution, I can centrally manage tasks, assign them specifically to employees, receive reminders, and effectively track progress. This facilitates organization and ensures that nothing is overlooked.

Smartsheet is not reliable - Extremely Expensive - Large hidden extra charges
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up. Help with work integration
What do you dislike about the product?
They are unreliable. There is not support when the software fails and above all the billing system is an scam. You pay a full year subscription, then they will start sending large invoices for extra charges. They will never answer queries and contact 24/7 is never available. They will change the agreements of the service with no notice. It is very dangerous for a company to use this platform. They will ask you to pay extra for features that you had already included in the initial subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to help with integration. However this feature is now charged even with a full year paid subscription.
Easy Project Management and Collaboration, But Beware of Occasional Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy tool for all Project Management needs and I personally find it easier to navigate than Microsoft Excel. The 'Share' function makes it very simple to share sheets with peers for live collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when multiple people are working within the sheet and saving, work can glitch ad move about the sheet without realising causing errors. It's very rare but has happened to a few of us in the team. Also I am not keen on how easy it is to move lines in a sheet under a hierarchy tab, then without realising it can lose all of the lines underneath.

Essential Every Day System.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is extremely user friendly and allows me to view everything at a manageable level. It also gives me indicators on work that I need to follow up on which provides a higher working service.
I use this all day every day in my job so it is a critical tool to allow me to do my job.

I cant really fault anything that Smartsheet provides, perhaps as I am not an administrator I cant get full access.

Maintains all the financial figures that allows us to report confidently to higher management.
