Great tool but it is missing one key feature to really be useful, a dashboard landing page.
What do you like best about the product?
The sheets are intuative and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside of the sheet the rest of the tool is not very intuative and without a landing page for your project teams the tool is not user frinedly. The core team seems to do ok becuse they are in the tool daily. For people that have important contributions but maybe only weekly or monthly the adoption of smart sheet is very low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to creat forms and workflows has helped us with document review and approval, change order logs, risk register, and others. The data shuttle should be a standard feature wihtout it the schedule updates a re painful. If you just need to use a sheet or two it is super simple but once you get beyond that it can be combersome.

Great for collaborating on data in a sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it with external systems like salesforce. It can't transfer attachments. It can create duplicate records all day.
Automation notifications can come from a company address now, but replies still go to the sheet owner which is not helpful.

Sharing data between different teams. Collecting data from external users.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks are easy to check. Colour signal shows the task importancies.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative experience yet. I am using with no problems.

Managing of new incoming projects to put in a clear timeline.

The design and interface are nice, it ease to use and manage people involved

Doesn't have formulas as excel, and the commands are limited.Duplicate an smartsheet is not so easy.

Team work is easier because we can edit at the same time and it doesn't override it.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is simple and easy to use. Tracking of tasks is done easily, and there are other forms or actions you can make.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I would like to create actions or have Smartsheet do things that it just cannot do. It is a simple platform that sometimes could use very minor adjustments. It would be nice to be able to make these happen. There are many features that we do not use as well.

Nothin realy for business. Just keeping a centralized list for tasks and project management.

What I like best about smartsheet is the custimizable capabilities for different facets of my job responsibilities.

I dislike the lack of office 365 integration.

Smartsheet is solving alot of my management and collaboration issues.
In my experience, Smartsheet is flexible and affordable, but clunky and easy to make errors.
What do you like best about the product?
It's affordable and flexible with the notifications. I can add all the third party users without additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to download and re-attach documents in order to sign off/write on them is time consuming. I can't "lock" enough things where they can't be edited/adjusted by certain people. Our third party users make a lot of errors.

Flexible enough to go back and forth between internal and external users - allows our approvals and documents to flow the way we want it to

Gets harder to nagivate as number of users and files increase.

Helps to organize project workflow and keep track of what needs to be done and who is doing what. Also, useful to keeping track of progress
