Straightforward and easy to navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is easy to navigate and allows for a lot of things to be done within it. We utilize the forms mostly on the CX side. We review the data that's input into the sheets every day, which makes it easier to report on trending things later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish Smartsheets had was more customization wtihin the forms section. We utilize the forms for some of our tracking, but we aren't able to fully customize it to the brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets allows us to work directly with our Food Safety team and track any quality/product/fulfillment issues with ease. It's easy to use on the agent side and is also easy to use on the management side as well. This is insanely helpful for the team to be able to have a onestop shop for these issues that also tracks the historic data as well.
Good Collaboration tool but missing some typical spreadsheet options
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to collaborate with both users and guests- sometimes I need a member of my team to only look at something once, and not utilize Smartsheet in it's entirety, and it's great to be able to just send things to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the Grid View portion of Smartsheet worked more like a typical spreadsheet with more options for formatting, being able to link with drop down options instead of inserting them individually each time, auto numbering colums instead of just adding in the next number in the middle, and just some addtional options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it gives us a great way to manage onboarding and offboarding of new agents or team members.

Smartsheet is a great way to store data and enable our whole team to interact with the data, while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some training to learn how to use and configure the Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smarthseet allows us to "task" assignments to users and keep track of notes and updates.

I think the colors are a bit limited, I personally would like a bit more options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have full access to JIRA, so instead we are using Smartsheet as a primary backlog management tool. It is a bit more automation and setup than the typical tools but overall it is easy to use for sprint planning and progress management.

Smartsheet offers a diverse range of user-friendly features, facilitating concurrent collaboration among multiple individuals. One particularly favored functionality is presenting a single sheet with various views, enhancing project management clarity with timelines and a birds-eye view. Moreover, Smartsheet seamlessly integrates with many platforms, leading to its frequent daily utilization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The auto-save feature has been observed to exhibit occasional delays, necessitating manual intervention to save work. It would be advantageous for the system to seamlessly synchronize all tasks in real-time and facilitate automatic saving without explicit user confirmation or display of data-saving notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives better clarity over the workload distribution and project timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user-friendly it is and all the online support/community that exists for help and resources
What do you dislike about the product?
I dis;ike how intimidating it can get. With so many features and user-customazability, it can be daunting to build anything initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing Excel files/forms to be collaborated on in real-time. Also serves as a wonderful tool for Intake form purposes
Usage of Smartsheet is mostly internal business processes
What do you like best about the product?
It is very similar to Excel and it provides an easy way to share with Clients for external communication. This allows real time communication and exchanges that helps ensure smooth communication and reduces bottleneck.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of function in Smartsheet however alot of the function is too hidden in my opinion. The interface and QoL item, such as tooltip, would help reduce confusion or time required to search for functions.
In particular, I personally dislike the navigation on the various sheets - I believe it can have a revamp of design for easier access and visibility.

Personally I am using Smartsheet as per company policy. It is not solving any problem for me, but Smartsheet can be design with improved UI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the spreadsheet functionlity mixed in with automations and collaboration abbilities
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the data is not well connected and its difficult to build out big data sets that are connected within smartsheets. Also, the service that I have received at times from support and from Smartsheet account managers and supervisors have been poor at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping data organized and detailed so my team can keep track of things and coordinate well amongst the team.
Helpful for a Company
What do you like best about the product?
Before, We had a email submission, which we had to input manually into a spreadsheet. This was so time consuming as we get a high number of submissions and we look or touch these sheets on a regular basis. Smartsheet was easy to implement and easy to updated when we need to for reporting or financial purposes. It can be exported into an excel to combine with another excel. Most importantly all of our submissions are collected in one particular spot per designated topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing to dislike is there a user cannot get a previous version back. Example: A employee deleted all data in a row and it saved. Once it was realized what happened,we were able to see what was on the line and they had to re-enter all data. It is a very time consuming process.

Smartsheet is helping us keep track of submission and who they are tasked to.

The fact clients can see what is going on with their account.

A line has to be created for each task and this is time consuming.
