Smartsheet Usage in Marketing Environment
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of building and maintaining project timeline
What do you dislike about the product?
That we cannot create tabs within the same project sheet. This requires us to generate a new sep sheet for a related project as part of a general project. Trying to create a multi-project timeline in one sheet is overwhelming to track.
Also not many of our client base uses Smartsheet so we have to export and convert our timelines to a diff format and doubles the teams work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking project deliverables against a timeline. Predecessors help simplify the changes.
Smartsheet is a limited tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love of smartsheet that I am able to track all my shipments even if they are for 65 different customers and from 9 different cities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t like that I can`t temporary hide rows

Smartsheet support my business workflow as well as keep records of all my accounting process and internal documents.
Review of SmartSheet
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of options you have within SmartSheet, especially the ability to generate dashboards quickly with the data entered into the system. The dashboards are easy to read and look incredibly professional. Since it's an online based platform it is incredibly easy to use with multiple users at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find least helpful about SmartSheet is that it isn't as user friendly or intuitive as other similar platforms like Microsoft Excel. Although SmartSheet does have more features than Excel, it does take longer for me to formulate sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SmartSheet is making it easier to collaborate with my coworkers since we all work from home and work on the same projects at the same time, making using Excel very challenging. SmartSheets allows me to get my work done without forcing my coworker to wait until I'm finished to complete their tasks.
Smartsheet is very easy to use.

Smarsheet is an incredible asset utilize by my team to organize our files making our team more efficient.

Can use more updates some issues with glitching.

Organizing team documents.
Very capable tool which we use at work, but personally not my first choice as a PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
We are using the tool at work for running clients' project, and on a weekly basis I am using it few times to prepare project timelines for project proposals. Once you get some experience with it is not so hard to use it. Customer support is also quite good, everytime I needed something they responded pretty fast. It has a lot of features but to be honest we don't add many new features to our workflows because we use it for a case described at the beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most straightforward to use, you have to get familiar with the tool quite a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us create and manage projects and projects' timelines for clients' facing projects that we are running. Especially helpful is when we need to plan time and resources for new projects where we are planning and preparing timelines for new projects in the pre-sales phase so we need to look at existing projects in order to plan efficiently.

Useful tool for business
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to learn and for more advanced use it offers many options. There are trainings to guide the user and I know where to reach for help

The interface could be more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not need to write e-mails, I can leave a direct message to the desired person on the line level.
Smartsheet has been great for tracking both project progress and research notes for our team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different templates offered and the ease of use in sorting or running basic automations and equations. This allows for a lot of flexibility and customization for a variety of uses. It is also intuitive to use, allowing new hires to catch on quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was rich text editing such as bolding or highlighting only a few words rather than a whole cell - this makes it more difficult to use Smarthsheet to track research notes where we may want specific emphasis.
It is sometimes difficult to have two team members work on the same sheet, since you can't see what cell the other is editing, and if you both edit the same cell the work will override.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy to track information allowing officewide use of a singular data source. The flexibility allows us to use it for team projects and individual work and the ease of use makes integration simple.
Helps to nicely visualise project progress
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and customisable dashboards, ability to add reminders, easy definition of column properties and drop down menus, conditional formatting that helps with quick visual separation of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very intuitive (for me) editing of the dashboard, I keep clicking on things that take me out of the editing mode when I don't want to. Not being able to copy similar reminders and having to set them individually for each row.

Tracking of data and projects, helping to stay on track.

Ease of use, number of template options for projects, educational tutorials available
What do you dislike about the product?
Random inabilities of sheets (ex. first column MUST be in text form. Cannot be date). Some equations available in Excel are not recognized in Smartsheets. Response time of customer support.

Tracking patient demographics and tracking progress/statistics of project.
