Smartsheet gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
i like the fact that multiple people can work in a sheet without losing changes or creating duplicate sheets like in excel
What do you dislike about the product?
i am used to a lot of the shortcut functions in excel that do not work in smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in our org there are a lot of different roles that complete various tasks daily. smart sheets allows each person to do their part without overlapping others work.
Smartsheets helps me stay organized and allows me to collaborate on sheets with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to keep my many sheets organized. I like that you can create workflows to automate tasks and that you can link data between sheets. The ability to have multiple editors and collaborators on sheets is also very helpful for my work. Smartsheets feels very intuitive to use and I picked it up quite quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is no way to revert to a previous version of a sheet after saving. Sometimes I save by impulse but then realize I want to back and change something. I also wish there was a way to edit the format of an individual cell, not just the format of an entire column.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets helps me to collaborate with colleagues on projects and sheets and helps me to share information and data easily across my organization. Smartsheets also helps me to use data from one sheet across multiple sheets so I don't have to copy data. I also use the form function to create forms that my colleagues can easily fill out to keep track of customer complaints and customer feedback. The data is all organized nicely in the related sheet and I can create summaries from it. Smartsheets help me to track my KPIs and to track information on budgeting, sales and customer satisfaction.

I find the dashboard helpful, forms product helpful, i like the indent feature and calendar view
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the data was more transferrable to an outlook calendar.

Friendly use , you can navigate around and get the infor you want

lock collums , i dont like that some feaurres you need acces from a second person

It gives us a road map to load our info for my upoming event with schedules and documents related

Smartsheet is easy to use once every thing is set up!

It is hard to get the initial set up of smartsheet for automatic configuration.

Helps me sort my projects and deadlines/due dates.
Great organization App - needs back ups.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Smartsheet to organize my Translation and Client Workflow. I love you can change between Calendar view and the list view so as not to miss any deadlines or details of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to have back ups so you can go back to previous changes, in case you've made a mistake. If you accidentaly erase something, the data is lost forever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow organization. Meeting deadlines.
Useful for standardization but still requires effort to make the most of functionality.

The most useful part of Smartsheet is having a standardized set of templates to use accross projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can be a bit clunky to initially set up and tailor to each specific project. The automation features are helpful but require organizational buy-in accross the board to really make the most of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is useful to keep tasks and information centralized. Planning out timelines is clear and gantt functionality comes in handy occasionally.
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Smartsheets alllows me to colllaborate with external partners and collect information for my projects. I can also share this info easily with my partners
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced issues with Smartsheets not loading because of the amount of the data in a sheet. I have to limit the number of tabs I have open in my web browser so that I can open a smartsheet

It's allowing me to collect data easily from my external partners
Good Product for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to collaborate within the project management tool across multiple departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar view for project management tracking is a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with keeping to a project timeline and allows for additional communication on projects between meetings.
I use smart sheet for project schedules at the design/build industry

Smartsheet makes the final executed schedule easy to read and follow
What do you dislike about the product?
predecessors make it a little confusing to edit a template and find ease making a schedule

It is helping us create a more realistic definitive timeline for our projects.
