SmartSheet has made keeping orders and quotes organized extremely simple and all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, organization tools, sorting orders and quotes and integrating data between multiple resources
What do you dislike about the product?
Not quite as customizable as hoped, limited in capabilities for our company

Organizing and tracking our quotes and orders from all of our many customers and agencies all in one place.
Great for Tracking KPIs
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way that Smartsheet helps improve collaboration and cross-team execution. I mostly use it to monitor performance across departments, build action plants, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say the UX feels a bit outdated, but overall is fairly easy to navigate. The collapsed bar on the left side of the screen being icons only without any titles for the icons except when you hover over them isn't ideal when you're first starting out, but you can familiarize yourself with each button's purpose fairly quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet makes it easy for multiple cross-department stakeholders to work collectively across numerous office locations. I appreciate the real time updating of the system, as well as the way you can quickly start a new process. This helps our leaders easily monitor performance & align on strategic direction.

What do you like best about the product?
live updating and cross-functional between teams - having tables that are up to date and can be viewed by any party at any time
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of functionality with salesforce, required manual entries, consistent formula breakings, lack of dynamic actual tools outside of just a robust live excel.
Furthermore - immensely disappointed with customer support. In my dealings with your rep, Fernando Escobedo, I received completely uninformed answers and lack of responses without pestering follow ups. Frankly - this experience did worse for your brand in my eyes than any user functionality issues. I recommended not renewing licenses after working with this unprofessional rep.

Smartsheet can be great to streamline your work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to collect information from numerous students for an annual essay writing contest, and it has been a game changer. By eliminating the need for paper copies and centralizing data collection, this application has significantly streamlined my workflow. Thanks to Smartsheet, I’ve been able to cut the time required for this task in half.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for setting up the automation is long and a little confusing if you're not familiar with Excel spreadsheets or are not tech savvy. However, once it was setup, I was easy to update and change for my needs

Reducing time and paperwork and gathering data in one place. This is also a collaborative tool, so other can see and update in real time

Ability to track many task and streams. Ability to add notes and have emails sent from Smartsheet

What do you like best about the product?
Helps put everything in one place. We have many projects that require different teams and members, so to have everyone collaborate in one place is great for us. It helps streamline objectives and tasks and means we don't spend as much time chasing up and missing deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could look better. I like the calendar look of it but not so much the Excel sheet type, but I guess that is necessary. I know you can change the look of it, but the calendar one falls short technically, as you cannot put approvals on there, or move projects in a timeline sense. It would be better if it was just updated to look more modern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collaborate with teams easily and proactively, meaning we don't spend much time chasing. We're able to prioritise tasks pretty easily and ensure the right people are seeing what's going on, also placing responsibility on certain people too. It benefits the business because we now have a space where every event and task is visible to the Marketing employees and with email reminders on deadlines, nobody has an excuse to miss their deadline.

Appreciate the automation tools around collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems to log me out too often; possibly my organization's security settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically notifying team members when issue arrive in our production system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create workspaces and have multiple sheets within the workspace
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to copy and paste sheets within a workspace. I don't like having to create a template and using that to duplicate a sheet.

Smartsheet for Program Managament
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration aspect/ record keeping across a large program. Able to take a large database of information and divide it into meaningful reports and dashboards. I am able to actively reference information daily and quickly answer questions about the data. The search functionality works well for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are limitations for the dashboards and timeline views that are needed for executive reports. I would also like to be able to test the integration with JIRA without upgrading my version. There are some barriers/ a learning curve to get others to use smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect a lot of enhancement suggestions and roadmap information. to be able to use smartsheet as a facilitation tool and consolidate data into easy to find locations improves visibility into roadmaps and workflows.
Great Tool, but not all-inclusive
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about smartsheet is that it's a live platform our entire team can use and edit together at the same time. I also like the ability to link data, create formulas, and automate some manual data entry and analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the additional automation features are an extra cost and that there's not much AI integration yet.

Solving the problems of transparency of information.
