Great new tool for our team
What do you like best about the product?
Call stats are great for review and seeing how much your prospect/client was interacting and engaging. The deals tab is also a fantastic tool for staying on top of open opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely a lot of cools to access. Training/onboarding could be improved to help the team really harness everything at our finger tips. It's a lot to take in, and easy to overlook helpful data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking and recording, coaching, and deal tracking. It's helpful now for deal flow, but will be increasingly helpful as our team grows and we foster best practices.

great way to listen back to my calls and my colleagues calls - I can make notes, search for key words, and share with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any areas of improvement- keep crushing the game, Gong!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my skills for how to keep calls short/efficient and how to wrap up/set up next steps at the end of my calls.
A Needed Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best things about Gong are the ability to get feedback from your Demos quickly and to hear how other reps handle certain aspects of the sale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is people don't use it enough

Its helped me ask more robust questions and to cut the fluff.
Solid Tool to Review Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature that allows you to go 1.5 or 2.0 X speed - an efficient way to get through multiple calls!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing significant that I dislike from Gong. Solid product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives us a way to monitor how calls are going with newer reps, share insights that we find out from clients to other departments, and aggregate key words and phrases.
Great resource for reviewing recorded calls
What do you like best about the product?
My current company is the first to use a recording solution like Gong. As a newer employee, I have nothing but praise for being able to access previously recorded meetings. This capability has helped me as a CSM better understand customers who would eventually be in my BoB.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI for transcribing the call isn't the best. Granted, it can only do so much with what it's able to pick up during a meeting; however, I feel like some situations could be doing a better job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned in what I like about Gong, I'm trying to solve the problem of being able to listen to customer sentiment and pick up on various topics that were previously discussed.

Particularly helpful for coaching and general call review.
Intuitive and easy to use

the AI that produces actionable transcripts and content
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatic recording starts with the first attendee to the meeting and announces that the recording is in progress before the host can even let the attendees know why. It's abrupt and disconcerting to join and be slapped with "recording in progress" before any niceties and introductions.

Automated call recording and allows for training of other colleagues

My favorite pars:
- it automatically telling you what your follow up items are
- I love being able to skip my talk track and just listen again to my customer's comments and feedback.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if they could mimic zoom when you click "share meeting" link to customers, so it told you the meeting title, name, link, time, attendees, etc. The automated feedback of patience, customer story, etc is kind of generic and not helpful. I think this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having better customer meetings and driving action items with my customers. Also, the problem of not detailed enough meeting notes, or not remembering a specific use case your customer said.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have CSM's and Sales people, get it.

What do you like best about the product?
Records all calls and sifts through the calls to come up with an actionable transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not much of a need to review calls
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reflect back on calls on action items I may have missed in my notes or easily navigating through a call with the transcript
Great tool for knowledge sharing and gaining feedback

Ability to go back to the call to find relevant information shared.

The subtext/ audio to text conversion can be slightly clunky making it hard to search for keywords

Gaining feedback on my calls from the manager and saving time on putting together the notes
Gong is a must if you're in sales
