Gong for the Gold!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and listen to any call from any project within my organization; it has been most helpful to my onboarding process and the fact that it lets me know when the recording is available, and it has both audio, video, and audio transcript

I would like the ability to add notes to each call for training purposes

There's nothing really to dislike. The video doesn't lie so it just super helpful.

I'm solving my words/expression on camera with clients and also having video intelligence to use later.
Must have in Post covid era for people in client facing roles who engage with client on Zoom calls.

Auto Reminders - Like if you said that you'll share a doc with the client - Gong will remind you about that

The transcription can be improved as sometimes is not correct.

- I like the coaching I can take away and implement - ex. interrupting/speaking too quickly

Recommendations to others considering the product:
have a plan in place to use Gong beyond just call recordings. The AI piece seems powerful but it may take some time to really get into the complex ways you can use Gong to get better as a sales rep
I love how you can integrate Gong with any meeting apps out there be it Teams, Zoom, Google Meet.

Integration with all the meeting apps makes it easier to share recordings with others and also use it for future training purposes

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to re-watch and note my mistakes as well as receive feedback from my manager and peers where I can improve

The filtering and search functionality I think could be better it's not a huge pain

keep Managers informed what is being said as well as review past discovery calls to further review what the customer is looking for so I can share the right information on our next meeting. Further collaboration as well as if schedules don't align, I can always listen back to a call and pinpoint what parts I need to focus on.
Gong is a great way to Review Calls
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can listen back to a phone call and read a transcript simultaneously. It helps me review what I need to do on a call to improve future phone calls. Also, it is a great way to check what another colleague has talked about on their phone call.

The only part that I dislike is some of the inaccuracies of what is typed up in the transcript.

We are utilizing Gong to make sure we are covering all of the talking points that are pertinent to our roles. I have realized that this is beneficial because it helps me improve for future phone calls.

I like that I can have a detailed breakdown of my calls. I can easily find parts that I need to relisten to.

The transcript needs the most work with Gong.

I have most utilized the patience aspect and talk ratio to learn how best to improve my calls.
