What do you like best about the product?
I was a slow adopter to Gong because our company was leveraging it a just another piece of software. Over the past 4 months, I have found its ease-of-use to be essential in my day-to-day activities. I can share calls with clients in seconds and get instantaneous feedback once they have reviewed the call that I send to them.
Lately, our department has been creating a library of client calls to help with our internal onboarding of new CSMs.
Gong is a great tool with a multitude of options for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think integrating Gong and all of its features can be hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly sharing calls with clients that contain full call details and action items.

The ability to review what happened in the meeting so I can attend to the details I need to

The transcription isn't always that great

It's making me a better detail- oriented administrator
I can be more responsive because I don't lose some of the elements requested

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a very easy-to-use software. It took me little time to become, what I consider to be, an expert in the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytical capabilities of Gong lack a little. I would like to see more reporting and dashboarding capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems I have solved is realizing the value (or lack of value) that sales reps provide on the phones. I have been able to push recommendations through Gong data to help drive more meaningful conversations between customers and sales reps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice would be to truly understand what you are looking to find as an organization. With that information, you can better understand if Gong is the right fit.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how i am able to review my calls and be provided with feedback from my peers. It's great to hear my own intonation and articulation and to reflct on how i can do better. I appreciate how i can use it on my ios phone too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a gong app! It would be really helpful when listening and walking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reflect on how I'm communicating with my customers, and to have my manager provide feedback for me is extremely helpfu. The analytics are really helpful too!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
An IOS APP would be immensely helpful. Some way to download calls to listen to them without data as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated transcript and easy-to-access recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripts sometimes have typos, but generally, work well in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love never losing track of what has happened, it really powers me to provide a better service to our customers. There is no more information lost and that is the biggest benefit for me and my team. Also, we can review each other's work and make comments to improve the team from learning from each other successes.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to go back and review calls to better prepare for the next call. Detects mentions of essential words like competitors, pricing, and concerns that the client has. The abialty to search specific words. Suggesting better words to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation isn't always translated correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong enables us to review the call transcripts with fellow employees and learn from past mistakes. If we didn't catch something during a call, we can easily go back and examine our call for note-taking purposes. The navigation in gong is user-friendly, and it's easy to find a specific spot in the call with the navigation menu. It's also a very valuable training tool to teach newer employees how we handle our business calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be slightly improved. I think the color scheme could be changed a little bit. Otherwise, it's a great functional tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use cases I've found most helpful are training, continuous learning, and relentless self-improvement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a look at Gong if you are looking for ways to improve your sales pitches and train new employees.

Great Tool for Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has been a great tool for our onboarding process as it allows our new employees to review previous sales calls, team meetings, as well as review all recorded meetings within accounts they are joining.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the layout/organization of the software's interface could be more user friendly and easier to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows our new employees to quickly understand our process as well as catch up on various accounts. This takes a large chunk out of our onboarding process.
