Gong is fantastic

What do you like best about the product?
The pipeline predictions are fantastic but the most useful feature is reviewing precious calls for learning and planning next account steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with Hubspot can be a little weak
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding out common objections, so we can prepare better in advance. As well as more accurately predicting when deals are at risk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, the conversation intelligence alone is so valuable before uncovering the rest of the tool's capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Intuitive UI, easy to use
2. Scorecards are extremely useful to provide feedback and report on that feedback.
3. Creating Trackers to identify or group certain product calls for feedback. Helps a lot while customizing deal flow.
4. The Email Activity Capture feature is so so convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Transcripts are not 100% accurate
2. Integration with Salesforce is great but sometimes it does not link the calls with the account correctly.
3. When reps use a different meeting link not scheduled from Gong, we lose out on tracking those calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Gong gave us a better understanding of the deal flow and brought more visibility to the sales team.
2. Using scorecards to record and report feedback has made the sales calling process much more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd say it is the best tool out there to measure sales pipeline, record and analyze calls, and track sales activities.

You can do no Wrong with Gong

What do you like best about the product?
I can pull up my calls from the day before or an hour before and learn from them. Also, right in Gong, there is a place for you and other people to give immediate and direct feedback as to what happened in your conversation and phone call.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Gong is that you can't have Gong for every conversation I have in life. Because sometimes my wife will swear she told me to take out the trash or tell me something that happened at work, and it would be nice to go back and review a conversation we had with each other so that I am always on the same page. Like when she tells me something during Monday night football, and I just yeah yeah her. It would be nice to know why she is mad the next day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have started to be more aware of my tone when speaking to customers and how I react to different things said to me by the customer. I realized that sometimes I was changing my tone to be very excited when I saw a buying signal or heard a buying phrase, and I am trying to change that to have a more even tone the whole time I am in the conversation

What do you like best about the product?
Setting gong up and training reps was extremely easy and straightforward. I've found the transcripts and trackers to be best in class compared to other vendors in the space.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different reports to look at right out of the gate. I wish it was easier to see trended reports for example, tracker topics mentioned over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and Enablement. Coaching newer reps and quicker onboarding.

Great tool for capturing insights on Zoom calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can capture a call, have it transcribed, jump around to key point in the call, and attach notes on important points made during the call to share with others. Being able to share snippets of calls with others is also a great feature. Lastly, the insights that you can get from a call automatically, such as spending too much time talking and not enough listening or using certain key words too much or not enough can help in coaching teams on how to improve their call process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription can certainly use some work as I have found many instances of incorrect interpretations of key words that significantly change the understanding of the conversation or the ability to search and find what you are looking for across a series of calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking better notes is where Gong really shines. I have been able to quickly follow up on a previous call as a reminder of specifics that were discussed or go back and watch calls to catch up on an account of which I was not involved previously and to fill gaps on notes that were provided to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review and breakdown my colleagues and my own performance on calls with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too many downsides! It would be great if it could record calls that were not on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality of conversation on the phone, sales tactics, etc.

Support knowledge base could be more intuitive; I have to use our CSM for basic customization.

Training ramp up, pipeline management, coaching (peer to peer, self coaching)

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Gong is that getting access to it doesn't mean you have to be a recording user. You can be a non-recording user as well. Just listen to the required calls and act where needed.
It is very helpful in coaching the new Joiners in the organization. It has various useful insights that hardly any tools have.
It is a great competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I do not like about Gong is that it charges a fee or sets a limit to non-recording users as well.
There are competitors that do not have any limit or charge on the count of non-recording users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching the new joiners is one of the main problems. Offline training helps but actually listening to the calls and understanding how others crack deals is a lot more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like call recordings the best because it is very beneficial to improve skills and remember helpful information from a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the organization of the website the most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me improve my cold calling skills and reflect on old convos to get important information. My manager also coaches our team with Gong.
