What do you like best about the product?
ability to see other calls/conversations teammates have had with clients.

Reviewing what was promised in a sales call.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to be fully engaged with the call and use a review / look back of the recording to gather meeting notes. Perfect way to listen to other calls without being intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point nothing, its a solid tool for sales teams.

Visibility into the client facing meetings of colleagues, best practice sharing, perfect non intrusive lookback at your own sales calls.

Gong - Great Training and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Gong for about a month and the best thing that I like about it is the ability to easily review a call and see where I am spending the most time during a prospect call.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have yet to find something that I dislike. The tool is very easy to use and gives a lot of important feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many times that in the past, I have gotten off of a call and started reviewing my notes to see areas that I feel I missed an important detail. Gong allows me to go back and review that call and make sure that my notes are correct and detailed. It also allows me to focus more on the client during the call as I know that I can go back to review if needed.
Gong is like a sales rep's safety net
What do you like best about the product?
I love that with Gong I can see all my and my entire team's previous interactions with any account. That allows me to be more strategic in my outreach efforts and personalized in follow-up efforts. In more instances than one this has accelerated my sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that because Gong is so robust, sometimes it is hard to search for the exact that I am looking for. That means that that the filter function can use some work, and I look forward to the platform getting more intelligent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving for a lack of visibility into my accounts. Because there are so many touch points, sometimes I don't know what my customers have reached out about if I was not cc'd on the email. With Gong, I now have that much needed visibility.
Call Review capabilities - I can quickly search for information mentioned on a call with its transcript capabilities. This is a feature that I really like.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong has been an invaluable asset for my sales manager and me, especially to accelerate sales cycle. I recommend Gong for any business who runs a sales cycle of more than 30 days.

Gong joining the meeting sometimes cause confusion if the customer shows up a bit earlier to the call

That I can focus on what the prospect is saying as opposed to making sure I am jotting down the right information. Knowing that I can replay the call back provides security

The connection in the afternoon seems to be slow. If I don't have a strong internet connection, the app is pretty much useless. There are certain times during the day that I will not use the app

I know with Gong.io that I am able to provide the prospect with the information they are looking for. I've realized that productive conversations are the ones where the prospect does most of the talking

It has AI capabilities that help me summaries my call and help generate follow up emails

better notes taking features to make sure the notes are accurate

My Notes-taking problems were resolved when I started using Gong. I do not need to focus on taking notes during a call but concentrate on the conversation itself.
Good call recording tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it automatically connects to zoom to record calls. I also like that there is a "listen only" option for training purposes. The library is useful to archive calls as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the "listen only" option, I wish there was a way to invite someone to listen only prematurely. As of right now, you can only invite someone to listen once the call has already started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going back to listen to calls is extremely helpful. The way they organize their calls in the library is great. And the fact that they also integrate with our corp. email to include emails in the communication history with an account is a huge benefit.
