Easy to use, collaborative and find the feedback to be immensely helpful.
What do you like best about the product?
Points of Interest are valuable. I appreciate the insight about my talk time, discovery questions and relevant data points that will help advance the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Gong had individual dashboards to that you wouldn't have to search for your calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of missing important data points that help advance the sale. Appreciate the benefit of feedback on conducting a better discovery and demo that leads to a shorter sales cycle and closed sales opportunitites.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the call transcriptions. Super easy to review calls for recap emails, prepare for further conversations, and proactively seek coaching from management.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little intimidating for the individual contributor, without any prior experience or formalized product training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What's my pipeline? How are my deals progressing? What deals need attention? Where did my deal fall off?

Onboarding simplified. Tool to be more present.
What do you like best about the product?
This made my onboarding incredibly easy. Has allowed me to be a fly on the wall for client call best practices across multiple teams. I would have never been able to ingest as much by sitting in on meetings - not only enables me to listen on my own time, but at 1.5-2x speed.
Additionally, this has helped me be far more present in my meetings, not concerned about catching every detail in my notes. The ability to go back afterward and ensure I have captured everything is a complete game changer.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it would keep track of my listening progress so that if I got halfway through a call, closed out of that tab, and came back at a later time, that I could start from the same point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows us to create consistent messaging across all external facing employees, and to get rich feedback from colleagues. Allows us to pull data about topics discussed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to listen to my own calls to see how I can improve when speaking to my clients. I also love all of the data and tracking ability, as this allows me to set goals for myself and hold myself accountable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not feel that the conversation translation is always accurate or even close to what is being said on the call. I feel there is room for major improvements on the translation of words being said during calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to eliminate the words "um", "uh", "ah", from much of my vocabulary when speaking to customers. I never realized how much I was using these in transition and feel that the elimination of these will greatly improve my credibility with clients.

I like how easy it is to send the recordings to internal and external people. Makes it very easy after the call is over.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside is when the client joins the call, it gives just enough time for them to say hi before it cuts them off with the automated message. Maybe have different timing for that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to record calls easily and just have a written transcript is amazing. That is something we have never had before. I am seeing great benefits in the system with recordings so my clients can review the calls back fully, especially with QBR's,

What do you like best about the product?
tool is incredibly helpful getting AE's ramped up and coaching - we use tool significantly during our cycles to prep and make sure we aren't missing anything in our deals

not much - tool is powerful, constantly coming out with new features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting New AE's ramped and ready to hit the ground running building pipeline. Able to have new hires contribute more quickly. We use during our sales cycles to make sure we're not missing any details and preparing for our follow up calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Enhance your ability to listen to my calls to improve coaching and peer listening.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of having to record the calls was easier at my previous company, LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client follow-up emails, ensuring no items are forgotten. Ability to revisit previous calls to leverage them to my advantage.
Gong is a great learning tool for salespeople and their leaders.
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Zoom conferencing calls makes for easy recording and review after demos, allowing for training and collaboration to take place. The AI that breaks down the call into different sections (recognizing introductions, product walkthroughs, pricing, next steps, etc.) is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about it, but I wish it had the capability to automatically review my demos and suggest improvements based on industry benchmarks and company benchmarks for top performers (without me having to dissect all of that myself) and then give me a weekly email for review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-awareness is critical for improvement in sales. Allowing my leaders to review my demos and provide constructive criticism and tips is very helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to use when you need a refresher on what you and the customer discussed in your previous meeting. It's a great way to fill in other team members that weren't on the call as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcribing function could be better. I have had times where the transcribing function was way off. It is a good feature for looking for quick points in a call, but it's a bit unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reference calls for key information during our customer conversations. It's been very helpful when I need to follow up with a customer and need a refresher on what was discussed in our previous calls.
