Great call recordings with hotspots for easy navigation through call
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to see hotspots and jump to individual convos more quickly

Gong is ANOTHER app/site to be used on a day-to-day basis.

Provides a detailed transcript of every call you have with a customer so nothing is missed. It follows up on action points and lets you listen to any call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can misinterpret come words, names and names.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Gong, as it helps to mind map the client and what happened during the call, as to pick up on the little details of the meeting. The AI capability highlights key phrases of the conversation to be used for reference later in the close or transaction of the deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see this software work with our CRM to make references to the notes and history of the account. I believe this can be a simple change and leverage the excellent housekeeping when it comes to account management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solving comes into the zoom session, referencing crucial parts of the meeting and allowing for voice inflection, important words, and driving to a next step, solution, and close. The training benefits are wonderful as well, allowing the opportunity for all to understand and hear a good call with the clients.

Give it a try and see how you like it, as it may increase your sales awareness!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access recorded calls across the organization - allows for transparency

I'm honestly not a fan of the color scheme, but that's really about it!

Gong - the best thing you don't know you need
What do you like best about the product?
I loved not having to take notes during meetings! I could really focus on my conversation with my client and trust that Gong would be there if I missed a followup or needed to review my conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I was unsure if Gong would be used to micromanage my performance, but my leadership was very careful in how they used the software and it ended up being great. I think Gong did a good way of training my internal team on usage so there wouldn't be a fit-issue. I'm not crazy that it auto-starts in calls (mostly because sometimes I would pause it and forget to re-start) but I think that might be an individual feature my org enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated Gong to keep reps more focused on their conversations rather than note taking, so convos would seem more genuine and engaging as we pivoted to completely-remote-work. The benefits are decreased mental load on our reps and the ability to share conversations internally via a simple link, rather than having to recount them later on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend orgs with high-impact sellers integrate Gong after a thorough training of why it's being implemented and how it can assist large teams. I would recommend piloting it with a small group and then sharing out learnings, especially if your org is unfamiliar with a call-tracking-software.

Ease of use. I'm able to scroll through a recording and find relevant sections of customer conversations

I don't dislike the tool. The support team is responsive when I have an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for a specific phrase in a call and see all instances of that phrase.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the shared call recordings expire after a default 5 days. Having to go into the settings and increase that time limit sucks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier for customers to find answers to questions they have about our calls, without having to contact us.
Meeting Minutes Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Once you have installed Gong, it will automatically follow you to every meeting in your calendar, even if you used different platforms. Once you determine if it's needed or not, you can easily keep Gong in your call to record your meeting, or you can expel with a click of a button.
Also, recordings are easily downloaded if you want, or you can share them by the link provided. All of your recordings have meeting minutes and video recordings.

What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps about 3 months' worth of content and then it starts to delete. Sometimes I needed to have to access to a meeting that took place some time ago and it's gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great, the simple fact I can go back and review my minutes in case I missed anything. Also, if you are not big into note-taking - Gong takes care of that problem for you. I do a lot of trainings and being to provide our client with the link to the recording and they can download if they wish has been key.
Great Program
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our information to be well organized and is easy to use for multiple people within the company. It is easily shareable within the company so that a variety of people are able to use it and take advantage of its benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if it is the styling for my company specifically. But all the purple coloring is a little hard to look at for a long time. It doesn't always seem to mark that I have watched a video after watching it, so I have occasionally relistened to the same call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to listen to the voice of our customers from a variety of departments. It allows us to learn and understand what the customer is looking for within our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to tap into my reps calls at any point and make a difference to their progress without being intrusive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't listen and give feedback on live calls and that there is no way to mark if this call is a connect with a DM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to point out certain wording and other valuable tidbits that we want to get across to our customers has helped a lot.
