Great tool for coaching and self-evaluation
What do you like best about the product?
- Reviewing own calls: listening to what type of questions I asked, what the responses were from my clients.
- Reviewing calls of colleagues: find out how they do their calls and learn from it.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The intensity of options available to you. I think I only use 10% of everything GONG has to offer and therefore it feels like I'm not utilizing in the best way possible

The top 5 metrics GONG is measuring are great.

What do you like best about the product?
This is an easy system to listen to your meetings to assist with taking notes and learning how to improve your overall presentations. I like the feature that you can skip ahead to the next speaker and or drag the icon to the place in the meeting where you would like to listen.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program will get stuck in a spot if the internet is buffering and you have to restart the recording again to get it to replay. Must have high-speed internet for this to work it's best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to listen to the meetings again to understand what was said is very helpful. When juggling a busy schedule, it is sometimes difficult to remember everything the client expressed. This makes it easy to keep good records.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save a shortcut to be able to sign into the program quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great for understanding areas of improvement. It's excellent for notetaking and listening to your peer's calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to better understand what Top Performers are doing or have Gong interact during live calls (ie: push notifications, alerts, suggestions).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me understand how I can improve in my sales conversations. It also helps me focus on the discussion without needing to take notes as I can refer back to the call for more accurate note taking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn how to use the platform and then become a better sales rep.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place and easy to navigate. It's great. Love having the dictation as something to follow along with as I rewatch calls. I also love how easy it is to see top performers calls and listen to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the dictation is not the most accurate, but it does still give you access to the written transcript that can be downloaded. This helps when I'm looking for coaching help, I can send specific calls to my coach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can focus on the meeting. Take notes later. Allows for some fantastic content to be coached on or to use for coaching sessions . The other thing is that is allows very easy access to our QA team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it keeps track of the conversation for you. It allows you to focus on the customer and worry about taking notes later. It will enable the conversation to flow naturally!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it gets words wrong in the scripted view. It doesn't make sense at times, and you have to make an effort to understand what it means. This could be done better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of taking extra time to write down notes. Gong allows us to talk and not worry about doing this. It's easier for us to focus on the task at hand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you talk to people for a living, this tool is essential for taking notes. It's a gamechanger to say the least.

I love the breakdown of stats and where I can improve (e.g. patience).

There is SO much data and so much on the interface that it sometimes feels overwhelming. But I've learned to just focus on one thing at a time.

It makes it easy to find my calls and review them when I need information that was spoken about on the call.

I want the capability to have the transcript of the call in a readable form rather than it play alongside the call.

I am solving the problem of knowing what conversation was had with a customer. The tool makes it easy to follow up with the proper documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Taking up to 6-7 client calls a day, Gong has been an amazing tool for notetaking and a great way to reference client calls and sentiments after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool's real power comes from how management utilizes the tool and doesn't give as much power to the typical user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking and being able to easily reference client calls for action items.
GONG saves my time!!!
What do you like best about the product?
If I have a meeting with a client today, GONG sends an email to me that morning with what I discussed on my last call with them so I can add it to the agenda, if required. I don't have to listen to the call or pull up previous emails/notes. This saves a lot of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing missing in the product but GONG can improve a bit for decoding the exact words in transcript. I find the transcript feature is pretty useful but, if I have to send it to someone, I always have to edit it.

I'll recommend to use the transcript or snippet sharing funtionality with your team or clients. It becomes very easy to just share a link and show what client actually stated.
