Great tool for Sales Managers and Sales Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like the call recording and recording to transcript feature best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike at this moment about Gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How much reps vs prospects are talking, the levelof question asking and how much attention is being put on discovery and closing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to learn from my past calls to see what I can do better, I also like the transcript a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything necessarily that I dislike; I would, however, like better audio quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've learned I talk way too much on some of my calls, I need to cut back and let clients speak.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature I like the most about gong is the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
It usually takes a long time for a call to upload
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-learning, and I can learn from my past calls and collegescalls . furthermore it's a great Knowledge Management platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have our calls/meetings/transcripts uploaded and organized by the deal/company. We use Gong integrated with Salesloft, Gmail and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem we had was that sometimes the calls were not uploaded automatically to the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mentoring is much easier and it helps us foster our feedback culture, having a detailed view of how we are working as individuals and as a team.

Great tool for capturing call recordings

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to search for specific call recordings. Additionally how the data is captured within each video is very helpful. Lastly, the tracks at the bottom of the video help identify what content is being stated within; easy way to skip to the important details if needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I'd say I dislike. The only point I'd make (and this is out of my personal control) is that some of the settings are managed by either an admin or within an integration so I cannot make edits to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been an incredible resource for training. Watching call recordings of my peers has helped me identify good talking points, areas to avoid, and tips for engaging in calls myself.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is seamlessly integrated into our calls so I don't have to remember to record before every meeting. There are so many times during a call when I think "thank goodness this is being recorded"!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit hard to search for calls and I wish there was a bit more organization on how recordings are displayed/ organized so we can easily find them. Maybe some type of tagging functionality?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my role, we are focused on client satisfaction and understanding client's issues and pain points so we can better tailor their program strategy to suit their needs. Being able to listen back to recordings is extremely helpful not only for me to make sure I heard the customer correctly, but also to be able to share the exact conversation with others within my organization so the client's words are captured correctly.

Recorded calls being sent via email shortly after meetings take place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer is aware of recordings, which makes them uncomfortable at times due to privacy concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Ability to reference discussions
2) Evaluate what went well and what to improve in the future

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to go back and learn what was discussed based on the analysis of the conversation and words that were frequently used

None, as I don't have a frame of reference with other services similar to this one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asking deeper 2nd and 3rd level questions based on listening to my first round of calls

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the integration is unreal. I didn't have to think about recording the call, uploading, or syncing my zoom with Gong. It's a huge time saver and a great way to view your teams calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints so far. I do recommend having your organization's onboarding department do a tight 45 minutes - an hour enablement session, as it takes a while to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining the ability to look back at one-on-one or group calls with potential clients to get insight on the outcome of the meeting and to also give feedback to the reps hosting the call.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can go in and listen to my and my coworker's calls. This helps me think about what I could have said differently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not too much that I don't like. It's a simple tool to use for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with note-taking because you can easily pause the recording and write down important points. This is helping with future calls.
