What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly visualize who is talking and for how long during the demo.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been great so far! Maybe more integration with SalesForce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have seen significant benefits from watching my colleagues' calls and demos and learning from them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to go back and listen to missed questions, (the question tool helps immensely). Love the next speaker feature and the ability to speed up or slow down a speaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I have run into a "downside" to Gong yet. I have used it over the last 4 years for training, coaching and teaching others. The tool works great, has great features and gets the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I am using Gong as a training tool. I am benefiting financially in that I have been able to learn the product so much quicker by listening to others sell it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just get it!

What do you like best about the product?
Easily share customer feedback and insights with colleagues.
Really helpful for note-taking and making sure you didn't miss any actions.
Much better than recordings sitting siloed on Zoom cloud or forgetting to start the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription and auto-categories are designed for sales, but I work in Customer Success. So it's not really an issue with the product, just something that is not perfectly suited to me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing customer feedback and sharing it internally. Sharing best practice examples of meetings with our internal teams. Easily finding specific insights or actions through transcription.

The ability to listen back on recordings, analyze who's speaking during the call and review the transcript.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some call recordings don't get tracked to Gong

Recording of calls and trainings to share with customers and align across teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Import old calls to ensure historical calls are brought over.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps me focus on customer calls vs trying to take notes during meeting. I go back and listen to all my calls not just for note taking, but how to be better overall
What do you dislike about the product?
the notifications don't align to next steps, I'm pinged a lot for action items that have been completed or irrelevant material
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client engagement, learning about what is important to them and keeping them engaged during the sales process

It is a must have not nice to have

What do you like best about the product?
The tool not only records your calls, but will give a rough transcription of the call from all parties, and gives you a graph on the important topics to review. AMazing tool for a sales organization and also for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's not Gong's fault but certain states will not allow you to record the calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
circling back to important calls, relistening to them for important information that might have been missed to bring back up in the next meeting. and the ease of finding what point it was discussed so you arent forced to listen to the entire file

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Gong is its capture of key discovery information and actionable items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind at present. Seems to work fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Next step actions. Seeing where I can improve my presentation and questioning.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's seamless integration with our internal CRM and Gong's ability to automatically create eye-openeing stats based on call patterns.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides to using Gong unless you don't like have immediate access to transcribed calls and advanced call analystics at your fingertips within minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer need to take notes on every word as we have the ability to go back and review. Gong also brings the customer to life during internal conversations as we can leverage snippets to allow colleagues to hear customer POV's first hand.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get Gong on calls to record them and then view and organize those recordings after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to track quotes in the tool! We would love a quote management system and Gong doesn't seem to quite be there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to go back and do research on customer advocates based on calls they've had with sales teams. This allows us to understand our advocates without bugging them or the sales rep who contacted them in the first place.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is great to review your calls, looking for ways to improve your pitch. I love the stats that it gives, such as talk ratio, etc. Also great as an alternative to some Salesforce proccesses
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I don't like. Sometimes the integration with zoom doesn't get the recording uploaded to gong on several occasions. Some of the script is not 100% accurate too, but guess that's due to my British accent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My talk ratio! And ow I need to reduce it. It also helps me to remember what we spoke about during the previous call to follow up seamlessly where we left off.
