Amazing Application for the Call monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The recording is easily accessible we can navigate it. We can also deep dive the analysis of the call and also share the input on the call to the person.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, i haven't found anything like that. but if we can sync up with the tool we are using for easy locating the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of the gong we can directly listen to the desired part of the call as it has a description available for the same.
Useful Software for listening back to calls and quality check
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and simplified sections for finding calls. I get so many client calls in a day, and usually forget what conversation I had in particular with each. This helps me review back things easily
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all calls get recorded at the moment. So sometimes gets difficult to get back to data. Sometimes I do face an issue of missing calls, when I want to check the numbers I have discussed on that call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I ever need to check back on what I have talked to the client, I can easily go and listen to calls and get a review. I found it so much easier to recall the conversation

The search functionality is very helpful. The filters are nice.

Have better video transcript. Nothing else needs improvement.

recording customer calls so other people can view later

It's integration with all the key applications we use within the business, such as Salesforce and MS Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcript can be quite inaccurate, but I guess thats commonplace on a lot of similar tools. It would be great if we could edit the message that states we are recording the session, as it is very loud and invasive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales interactions and transparency between all teams involved with deals. Its early in our use of the solution but I see it adding value to our sales process.

Use it for transparency throughout all regions and levels in a sales organisation
Overall the features are great and very easy to navigate to sections of interest

I did not get a good sense of what Gong was prior to using and did not understand the benefits

Customer relation and calls as well has feature discovery based on feedback.

Compare similar products to realize how good Gong is

I like being able to listen to myself or my teammates on calls and look for areas of improvement and growth. Also being able to recall discussions and validate conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm unsure of the broader implications related to personal data protection. I wouldn't know how to explain this to a meeting invitee if they asked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to recall discussions covered in meetings is very benefitial. Everyone has been in a meeting when something was off-handedly discussed and later becomes a critical sticking point.

Would recommend that your InfoSec and Privacy teams review the terms to confirm they are in line with your company's compliance policies.
Level Up Your Presentation Game
What do you like best about the product?
Great tool for a better understanding of your presentation/pitch/meeting. Really shows where to make improvements and also areas where you excel. Gong is a game-changer and I would encourage anyone to try it out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have been using Gong for about 2 months and have yet to find something negative that sticks out. Even had a technical error that I needed an assist on and the tech team was quick, efficient, and helpful. They took a situation that could have been perceived as negative into a huge positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, for me, it's listening and speaking patterns. I have a visual of how long I speak, how much time lapses before responses, and how much time I speak vs my client.

Gong is a great platform that allows to catch up and get the information needed before the next call.

Sometimes it's quite hard to search and find the correct call that I want

Re-surfacing older calls, and prepare myself better (by ,memory refreshment) to the next call

Fantastic Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review calls is such a value add. I have trouble with note taking during meetings so I can review calls to ensure I don't have to ask for clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generated topics could be better. I've noticed that the topics generally don't align to the discussion in all cases. Sometimes it does well, but for the most part it is off. This is not required for me however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to take notes and being able to focus on the meeting. More engaged communication with customers.
Great Tool for Salespeople
What do you like best about the product?
I started a new job a few months ago and they use Gong as a sales tool. I have learned a ton using the tool from more senior reps within my organization meeting with clients, allowing me to ramp faster as a salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Super easy to use and functional. I use it in the mornings by watching my colleagues pitch and meet with customers. It gives great insight into the voice of the customer before needing to get in front of the customer yourself. Awesome for new hires.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding to a new sales organization has been much easier. I am able to watch the recordings of my colleagues and gain valuable customer insight before having to do it myself. Being able to send the recording to a prospect is also super helpful since the main decision-maker might not always be on the call due to limited calendar time.

Use it early and often!
