Highly Recommend - Very Intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to navigate, I enjoy that I can speed up the pace of the call to take in more information in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far, no real dislikes, I would like more condensed lists of calls to choose from by customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
learning about customers and issues and wins before meeting them

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search keywords and competitors. Saving snippets of conversations. Making customer research efficient by having the ability to go to the exact timestamps needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adoption among team isn't very high yet. Closed captions AI needs some improvement. From a seller's perspective, it seems like a lot of work to upload, tag and describe recordings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer research. Since it's difficult to speak with customers in a B2B setting, this is the best method to acquire first-hand information. Insights help fuel campaigns and marketing plans.

What do you like best about the product?
Very good tool for best practice sharing, listening to sucessfull calls helps my entire team
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcripion in german is basically useless so far, not a major issue but still improvable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using gong to improve caller assertiveness through the library of best practice calls

I like the easy-to-use video player features like speed adjustment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of something that I dislike but I have not used it enough at this point.

I am solving customer consultation issues to determine fault.

On certain days it takes forever to port over the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can go in and see my colleague's calls, reference old meetings, and get statistics on talk time. The insights are beneficial to helping me hone in my sales game.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the scorecards, they feel to be far too generalized. A simple 1-5 stars does not do it justice as real notes and insight are more beneficial to my development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app is being used by my company to record and analyze calls for visibility in a fully remote environment. It also allows for me in sales to go back and reference my meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
can be difficult to navigate but great functionality

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows cross functinoal stakeholders to listen to sales calls, which provides unique insights and visibility / transparency into how we're selling and positioning our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface can be a little tricky, and the transcription feature is not reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to increase customer-centricity within the org and surface client insights to non client facing teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Gong is the ability to have all of your team calls in one place. We can learn from and grow off of successes and mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only think I dislike is the time it takes for the calls to import into Gong. Sometimes they aren't completely recorded or uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am learning how my colleagues are going about their calls and what is creating opportunities and success. I have benefitted by using this to attain more meetings.
