What do you like best about the product?
Gong is very useful to learn from my client calls, improve my sales/speaking skills, remember what was discussed, and share my progress with my manager to receive feedback when she can't join a call live.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit annoying to launch speakeasy and add it to all of my calls to record. It's just another thing to think of when hopping on a call rather than just clicking a button. But I do like the browser extension to make it faster!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to learn from my client calls, improve my sales/speaking skills, remember what was discussed, and share my progress with my manager to receive feedback when she can't join a call live.

Not able to edit or delete the recorded video of ur own

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to use. We have integrated Gong with other platforms within our organization for increased visibility. It is a great resource for the team and invaluable for training purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is not using the full functionality of Gong so I cannot speak to downsides; it does what we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows our team to review previous calls if necessary, allows managers to review calls for feedback and training purposes and allows us to create libraries of calls that can be used for new hire training purposes.

There are many features. It has too much going on. It's not a full-time use, it is just an assist. Streamline the features and just make them the most useful aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
How you can see the insights of the most used phrases/lingo. Also, how it has a transcript so you can pull out essential snippets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Maybe create more accessibility for more levels of the sales organization

Solving the problems of ice in the veins. Gives you the tools and capabilities to manage how you want to improve and grow

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Gong tool is the transcript of the calls which helps us to go ahead and get proper insights about what the agents are doing on the call and how we can coach them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing i do not like but just one thing is that if we can have an easy option like a calendar to select a particular date to go ahead and get that particular calls and that would really help!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching is the main thing that Gong helps us to improve the call quality, and it gives a lot of insights which helps in improving the performance and productivity on the floor.

Recordings transcriptions are good to use when in English
Tag colleagues on video meetings
Automatic recording for all meetings
Separation of employees and external audience inside records
What do you dislike about the product?
It somethings can be very difficult to search for a particular video or a collection of videos grouped by a specific topic
Transcripts are not available in many languages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our team to track all video meetings and keep them organized
Notes are a thing of the past thanks to Gong's functionalities
We are able to improve our pitch day-by-day

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review my calls/demos. The suggestions, talk ratio and knowing where I need to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I intensely dislike. It does the trick!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aiding to refining and perfecting my demos and making the needed adjustments. Helps with forecasting my pipeline as well.
