What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Perhaps, the accessibility to calls could be real-time, rather than waiting a couple of hours to gain access & listen to it. Also, the name of the recording does not show on all the calls. Some of the calls reflect as "Unknown."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Readily available calls for review & response to clients.
2. Missing discussion points in calls could be reviewed & actioned after the call.

Great way to record and review calls
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really easy to use. It easily connects to Zoom, makes it easy to search the call for key moments, mentions of competitor names, and more. I also love the email they send me after the call that tells me what the follow-up items are. That is really cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to review how much talking that I do compared to the customer. Chorus has this feature, and it was a great tool to help shape my conversations to be more balanced. I also wish the dashboard made it easier to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been so helpful in terms of listening to my teammates' calls. I'm new at my company, and being able to find & watch their calls has helped me ramp up quickly. I also like that it's automated so I don't have to remember to record my calls. When I relied on Zoom in the past, I sometimes forgot to record calls that were important. Being able to search and view/listen to my colleagues' calls has been so helpful too.
An efficient and data-rich sales enablement tool
What do you like best about the product?
Having the "game tape" of a meeting is the feature I like best. It not only provides you a recording, but provides you with tools and features to really diagnose how your meeting went, what was discussed, and areas for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients, although rare, do not like the idea of the meeting being recorded and documented to the degree that Gong offers. In certain contract situations, we've been asked to not have Gong active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping us solve the problem of identifying the gaps between our training and our sales team. It is giving us real-world insight into what our sellers are discussing, how it is landing, and what topics are working.
Helpful for coaching, reviewing, and keeping track of deals
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to review calls and the ability to receive coaching for your interactions. by being able to review calls, I'm able to see how my team handles different interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can take a long time (upwards of 15 minutes to 45 minutes) to upload a conversation to the server. It would be great to be able to share links to calls immediately for feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong ensures that our team can learn and grow together through constant reviews and conversations on our customer facing interactions. We are able to learn constantly with gong.

Being able to view the transcript, rate calls, get/give feedback.

Sometimes the transcript is a bit inaccurate.

Pinpointing areas of improvement and being able to go back and review calls that I have taken.
Must-have for any salesperson
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Gong that I've noticed so far is how accurate their transcription is. It saves me so much time to be able to do a quick scroll through the transcript to find what I want instead of trying to skip back and forth 10 seconds at a time. The Zoom call recorder has a transcription service as well, but it isn't nearly as accurate or easy to navigate/search.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any true downsides to using Gong that I've discovered. I think the "problem" (if it could be called a problem) with Gong is that I only ever hear of it being discussed as a call recording software, nothing more. I know there's more to it than that, but I don't really care to do any digging myself since I don't want to think about learning new systems. I only look at new features if my coworkers point them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it much easier to 1) quickly go back and find information from prospects without having to look back through your own (probably not great) notes and 2) get a visual representation of your interactions with your prospects via Gong Assist.

I like to see the "stats" feature because it shows me essential things about my video conference, like the time I talked, the talk ratio, participant questions, points of interest and more.
Also the AI does a vital job of marking what every participant s talking about and how the conversation is going.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that sometimes the Gong doesn`t recognize other participants and doesn`t record some of my calls.
And if I have any problem with my conection I lost part of the record feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recording problem and it`s helps me to evaluate my team calls and do a quality job by training our fellas to make better calls and be more assertive to talk with clients.
Great tool for call coaching
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access metrics on talk percentages, time taken to pause between giving a response, longest story told, question rate etc. This is super useful in helping me become more consultative on calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get emails regarding sales pipeline. This might be something I need to adjust in my settings but I am a CSM, not a sales rep. Not a major but it could be useful being asked about your role and which features are important to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the way I approach calls and it has made me more mindful how I come across to customers, i.e. I have learnt I am too quick to respond to a customer, rather than pausing and giving them more time to share all of their thoughts.
