What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gong highlights action items from meetings and reminds me to follow up on them. Very intuitive technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've ever had is that Gong sometimes shows up late to a meeting. This happened once or twice, and it was about 1/3 through a 15 minute meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Gong we were not recording calls. I'm a new employee so having this database of all the calls we make is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and integrates with our tech stack and most normal tech stacks. The ability to catalog conversations and search that catalog is excellent for creating training and onboarding material for new reps and seeing if we are having the right conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with HubSpot is much weaker compared to Salesforce Integration. There is also an issue with the ability to dedup automatic meeting creation in the CRM if you utilize other integration with your calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps with training and onboarding new reps since leaders can't sit in on every call to provide coaching. Libraries are also good for onboarding people so they can review successful calls

What do you like best about the product?
The insights tab, where I can track each individual's performance and compare it to the team's average.Gong helps in getting to know my team's strengths and weaknesses better, helps me provide much better feedback , and improves the effectiveness of my coaching
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for a specific contributor or conversation can be tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alleviates the need o T sync schedules to shadow calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to see what i need to improve on and see other's conversation to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to automatically link to links that the client has shared will be useful.

Allowing us to learn from other people, making us better in our craft.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong lets me focus and get into the flow of the meeting. I no longer need to manually take transcripts of what people are saying, and can pay more attention to nonverbal cues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I wish it were possible to onboard with a free trial, not just for one person at the company, but multiple team members. Or maybe my company is just stingy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes it easy to get more data points out of sales calls. Does this approach work better? Before, we'd have to guesstimate. With Gong, we can know for certain.

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily confirm what was said in a conversation with a client or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not always remember to use it, maybe an occasional reminder to use it for calls would be useful

It has helped me go back to a client and confirm something that we were unsure was discussed or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong Helps me be present in calls so that I can leave the note-taking part for after the call. Furthermore, it is a useful tool to improve on certain aspects and habits to be more effective at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the robo disclaimer that happens at the very start of the call. This can be slightly alarming for folks who have never used Gong before in their life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong solves 3 problems:
- improved note-taking, which is especially useful for technical or complex discussions
- improved feedback loop, to learn from mistakes
- if there is ever a misunderstanding, I can refer to the recording which will clarify the situation

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great product for various uses across the business, whether you want to use it as a training tool for your new hires or strategy planning with the team for your clients, Gong can definitely be useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their voice to transcript function is not exactly the most accurate and only supports English which definitely could be improved, especially when you clients don't speak perfect English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For learning and training purposes, to watch other colleagues' client calls to learn about processes, selling techniques and knowledge sharing. Especially handy for new starters.

What do you like best about the product?
While Gong offers you the option to record and then send the calls to your clients, I mainly used it to train and gain insights from my peer's calls. It is a great tool, especially in the initial phases in a new environment and has significant uses beyond that (especially with the transcript too).
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not face significant downsides when using Gong. Of course, sometimes the transcripts have wrong words and the likes but this can also depend on microphone & internet quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is solving for me the following problems:

1. Finding information that was discussed in a call if I was unable to write down all information
2. Learning from my peer's without taking up their time. Watching how they perform and what strategies they use helps me to adjust my own style.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create scorecards right after a big coaching session or call review session in order to then create action items and feedback that you can track as a manager to make sure your reps are following their specific plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't understand the tool and don't take ownership on how the tool will help your individual team, rep, or even company then it will be another call-listening tool that never gets utilized to its full potential. Adoption, adoption, and adoption of the product is key. don't be afraid to ask questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple benefit for me is I am able to track the progress of my managers and be able to see how they are coaching their reps, and how many calls they are able to listen to in a month, week, and day.
