Really impressed
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to watch my own "Game tape", being able to coach my team via their meeting recordings, and being able to be more present during meetings versus taking notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside might be clients who know they are being recorded may be less forthcoming with certain details/off the record info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me capture 100% of information from customers and removes the human error from me relying on my notes or memory. Also helps me efficiently support my sales team without having to sit on each and every meeting with them -- time savings/efficiency gained.
Do yourself a favor and get GONG to improve your business performance!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the benefits and insights we can get on this platform in one click. The data we can populate per agent or market is fantastic, and the creation of libraries in 1 place is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Side languages are not well developed as English to seek by trackers etc. also when I was requesting to support calls in Hebrew transcript (which was happening) we couldn't use trackers as they weren't optionable to detect in other language than English

all problems, they are also very quick responding. I love that we can request features and most likely get them done
Great tool for sales calls recording and transcripting
What do you like best about the product?
Useful to keep track of deals and calls. The transcripting tool is pretty accurate. Used it frequently to listen to calls, to ensure nothing is missed out. Also used it to track deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the transcripting for Asian accents wasn't accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Gong helps you with your performance job as you can analyze other colleagues' calls and improve your quality score. Furthermore, it is a fantastic tool to be assessed by your TL, as they can give you feedback on your calls and discuss your strengths and weaknesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calls are not registered until two hours later, so sometimes you cannot include some excellent calls in a contest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Gong, you can search for relevant information discussed during the call, so if you haven't had the opportunity to take notes with the Gong tool, you always have access to the call.
I have found Gong to be very helpful when reviewing my own calls as well as my teammates calls.

Having the transcripts of my calls afterwards be automatically made has been the most helpful. It's great to follow along and see the words in front of me as I listen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't that much to dislike about Gong. It's very user friendly and I have yet to discover something about it that I find difficult or dissatisfying.

Gong allows me to review my own calls as well as my teammate's calls. This is very helpful for me because it allows me to see areas to improve or ways to better my calls going further.

The ability to hone in on conversation topics within the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calls with multiple internal "Stake holders" are only assigned to 1 person within gong. Being able to co-own a recording to view all of "My Calls" would be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong provides both the customer and the client with the freedom to focus on the conversation/demonstration at hand vs. scribbling furiously to ensure accurate recollection. This can be critical, especially when in contract negotiations or service expectations are discussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a power user of Gong takes discipline to avoid not using features that move deals forward. Important that the entire team uses the same nomenclature and has appropriate expectations of what can be discovered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarification. From Contract Negotiations to simple clarification of client/Elsevier expectations, Gong provides both sides with the confidence that all terms are understood.

It takes some time to figure out how everything works and where to find what.

I am not sure what problems Gong is solving right now but it will surely improve the service.
Great way to gather tangible data from sales calls!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Gong.io for the past few months, and I have to say that it has been a game-changer for our sales team. The call analytics feature has given us insights into how our sales calls are going and where we can improve. It's amazing to see how much we've improved our pitch and close rates just by analyzing the data that Gong.io provides.

The interface is not very user-friendly (coming form an administrative side), and there is a significant learning curve when it comes to navigating the different features.

What do you like best about the product?
One cohesive spot for all the calls previous/current reps have run. Allows me to do research on previous closed lost opportunities to re-engage aappropriately.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of bells and whistles that I'm not fully versed in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep an eye on the deals i've sourced and how they are/are not going through the sales funnel.
