What do you like best about the product?
It provides easy access to any part of your call with color coding indicators.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trancrift seems inaccurate but I am sure this is due to different accesnt per advisor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides easy access to each and every part of the call

Transcript. Sometimes it doesn't match what was said.

Access to calls that I can review. Getting the more accurate details from clients.

I like the transcripts, % of time per speaker, and overview of next steps

In the search, there is more than jut the call and sometimes finding a call can take more clicks than it needs to

It helps keep track of next steps and allows for coaching

Gong is very helpful at giving new employees a comfortable space to learn about the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface of Gong can be a little unapproachable at first glance to new users.

Gong helped me get caught up to speed with question I have about company information, allowing me to be a better employee.

It's a feature-rich product. It connects to most of the popular salestech solutions out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as insightful or deep as Substrata or Chorus, but definitely worth considering

Sometimes I have trouble connecting it to my calendar.

Its great when you are ramping up and you need to understand how the sales process actually works. I find that I usually take away very little information from sales enablement sessions when I first start my job so I rely on Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Gong.io for the past few months and it has significantly upped our sales game. The insightful analytics and call transcription features have been invaluable, helping us to hone in on what works and refine our sales strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've mostly had a positive experience with Gong.io, but have noticed it sometimes struggles with accurately transcribing accents. This has required manual correction on our part. Besides this, I have nothing else to complain about; it's a fantastic tool for sales analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong sheds light on our customer interactions by analyzing sales calls, meetings, and emails. It provides invaluable insights that help fine-tune our sales approach to better meet customer needs. Essentially, it acts as a bridge between our sales efforts and enhanced customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides a searchable and navigatable transcripts. I love that it provides summaries and action for next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to search for a specific recording.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for transparency and coaching. everyone has access to calls and in a remote work space it makes life easier. It is also a great tool for coaching opertuities and group learning.
