Gong saves me time and energy!
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of tracking with emails, call spotlights, and the ability to create a first draft of a call follow up with the click of a button. Their support team is top tier and offers timely fixes to any problems that appear.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a few bugs that I've had to work through with support but which software doesn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time on manual sending and tracking emails. It let's me be fully attentive on calls knowing the spotlight can pick out key points and next steps.

looks kinda bland and I think it should be a little simpler to send recordings to prospects

I do not have to take notes on calls with my prospects. Gong records and listens and allows me to go back on all the parts of the call that need attention and require action.

Still learning how to use it. Seens slightly technical.

Not having to take notes or worry about what was said on a call. Allows me to focus on the needs of the prospect.

There aren't many downsides at all. I think it is a big asset so far for my work specifically.

to review some important conversation with previous caller and to improve myself on the corrective actions on how to work better and be better.
Gong helps a lot in analyzing calls and getting missed information during the call

Transcriptions, you can review a call even without audio.

might take a while to be able to learn all the features availiable within the app

Missed information during calls specially if the call takes too long and there is too much information to take note of.
Reviewing of the call makes easy with gong being user friendly
