What do you like best about the product?
Gong has some great insights and makes client recaps quick and easy. It's also very straightforward to share with clients or team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not super tech savvy, so there has been a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me share with teammates and leadership to create quick and easy coaching experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the user experience, the visual breakdown of the call with the transcript is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
With there was more Call to Actions highlighted in the calls and a better summary feature for longer calls that are logged.

Gong - Makes note taking more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
As a Customer Success Manager, I have many customer calls a day, sometimes they are back to back which makes note-taking a challenge. With Gong, I am confident that I will have detailed enough notes I can copy after a call which saves me a ton of time. If I ever forget a specific aspect of the call I can always search for a key word and Gong will tell me what point in the call that word was mentioned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calls have an expiry date, I set mine to the longest which is 730 days which has not been an issue yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- I don't need to remember everything that happened in a customer call, I can be more present during the call and be confident Gong will summarize the call for me afterwards

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me monitoring and coaching my team. 2 things I use the most is 1) call snippets 2) search bar in the call transcript
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see my activity history in feedbacks provided summarized and for more than 30 days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can coach my team easier and quicker

What do you like best about the product?
Outlines, points of interest and stats have been quite helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Still having the same issue with meetings not being picked up or synced with Gainsight. Also the AI summaries leave more to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has created automation in my workflow which is the biggest benefit

What do you like best about the product?
I like their features, accessibility to navigate, and more importantly I like to be able to listen to past recordings

What do you like best about the product?
With the AI Wars and everyone trying to just throw it at every possible change, Gong still handles that pretty decently. It still offers excellent summaries, and it improved its UI to easily switch between scripts and speakers. It just got easier to work with while having great AI features that doesn't feel half-baked or rushed
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know if its a personal issue or bad luck, but sometimes it just wont join or record no meetings. i just wish if its easier to make it join in one button and have insured UI elemt that it is working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- User calls: easy to find frustrations, challenges and weaknesses
- Search calls by definitions
- Easy to share comment and keep track of any discussion or mention
- Briefs, next steps and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the user interface is very simple and easy. It gives you options to make customizatoin easy and fills the needs of your roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more ways to customize the options of rating your calls and other stuff in that area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us review our calls. We are getting better calls as we review them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to navigate call Library and the metrics included in each call. The AI generated call summary is also helpful. Compared to a few other Logos that offer similar products, I've found myself preferring Gong each time I've used a competitor's product.

The integrations to other systems is also a big plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything major at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong allows me to focus on the conversation at hand and not get bogged down taking notes. It's helpful to review other peoples' calls to learn
