Great tool with amazing built in AI!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the notetaker is automatically added to my calls so I don't have to rememeber to record. I also love the built in AI summaries and the reminders on follow up tasks and to-do's. Sharing with customers is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how long the calls take to process before the recording is ready, that delays my follow up emails to clients and I would prefer to send those as soon as the call wraps up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call tracking, training and helpful reminders for customers I meet with.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature that gives a summary of your call with sections that include next steps, review, and people on the call. It is so easy to use and it turns on every external call automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the summary is a little off/incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves time with follow ups with customers

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI in Gong. I like being able to see all of my conversations in bulleted points so it makes it easy to know what my next steps are. I use the email recap templates as well, but I customize them to make them a bit less robotic and personal. I also love that the calls transfer to Gainsight.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always find my recorded calls very easily. Recent calls are very easy to find on the dashboard, but I'm a bit lost when I need to search back on really old calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to physically write notes during my calls so I can focus more on our conversation. I love that I can copy/paste my notes into Gainsight. It allows me to have more time doing other parts of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been very helpful in terms of keeping yourself upto date on tasks and to dos. It's AI is very helpful in creating follow ups and summarizing events that took place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attachments tend to be slow in being attached and it does not allow to put excel sheets on the email body.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving scheduling problems and keeping tasks accomplished on a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It comes with text enabled version and helps us to make notes while listening

It should be downloadable to transfer the data to USB to listen more

From coaching to deal management, Gong does it all. Easy to use once you know what to look for. Integrations are top notch as well

What do you like best about the product?
Love the reminders for follow ups and the AI generated call summaries. It saves me a lot of time. About to start using Engage in our day-to-day so looking forward to exploring more features.
What do you dislike about the product?
A really minor thing - but as you are a global platform, it'd be good to have the option to change the currency sign. We operate in £ and not $ so it can be slightly confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it has made it easy for us to record our sales and customer success such as meetings.
Has also made it easy for us to track activity that are on deals.
Great for hosting our training videos internally and allowing for collaborative call feedback .
Has great customer suppport!!

Gong is a great platform with actionable insights and amazing customer support..nothing that i dislike towards it!!!

Great tool, must-have for sales

What do you like best about the product?
Not having to focus on note taking, going back to calls that were weeks ago to refresh memory, auto summaries, and the clipping function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does miss a call here and there which skips the recording, not sure the reason why but could be due to the account setup and not the call software itself. Not sure
