Great tool for Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to rewatch the calls and not having to take notes manually during the meeting. It's helpful to share snippets easily with other team

Nothing to add, it is a helpful tool to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a CSM, Gong allows me to track all customers conversations, I'm able to go back to find parts of the meeting that are relevant for my work, and share internally with the team information that clients shared. It's also easy to browse to find past meetings.

Nothing really, is a great tool mainly for my commercial calls with potential customers

To have acccess to follow up notes and next steps with potential customers such as a quick way to link with Sales Force and follow up there too.
Gong is on my list of must have sales tools.

The video capture and analysis, while no novel anymore, has the best functionality of comparable tools.

enhance coaching and training, and ultimately drive better outcomes for me and my sales performance.
Great tool used daily by multiple teams in our business
What do you like best about the product?
In sales, we use it primarily as an enablement tool for upskilling sales reps, both for reflecting on and critiquing calls and demos, and as a respository for ramping sales reps to build their knowledge by listening to more tenured reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is an "us" problem as much as Gong's, but we use Pipedrive as our CRM, which doesn't integrate with Gong. It means we're missing out on a lot of features. I've also found using reporting to be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the primary way we store sales communications though calls and demos. It's also the way we upskill our sales reps
Great Zoom Meeting Playback Feature!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of Gong that I’m able to utilize as part of my job is the Conversations module where I can watch back Zoom recordings between our Sales team and prospects that I was not as part of. This allows me to watch the Zoom meeting just like I was an actual attendee on the call. In addition, Gong tracks certain tracker/key words that our organization has configured so that I can easily see how many times the conversation covered these areas throughout the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong can sometimes take until the next day to show any changes that have been made to our Salesforce opportunities, so the data can at times contain a lag time from the previous day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When Sales Executive leave our organization, we are able to go back and re-watch the recorded calls that took place between the former employees and our current sales prospects. This gives us insight into what has been discussed so far and helps with our continued sales pursuits at that prospect.
Gong has changed the way I manage my pipeline
What do you like best about the product?
The intel and visibility that Going provides into my pipeline (our instance is integrated with SFDC). The ability to see activity, the number and seniority of contacts engaged, and Gong's underlying AI that helps us predict where we'll land is a game changer. We also use the Smart Trackers to measure specific Challenger behaviors that helps us study how effective we are at selling, and to identify areas to coach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX perioudically changes unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reps are notorius for not keeping good CRM notes. Gong cuts that out. We see exactly what is happening in the deal, by virtue of it happening.

Some technical errors, sometimes end up missing important recordings but not too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong makes note taking very easy and follow-ups using their AI is so useful.
Ease of capturing next steps during meetings
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a recap of what was discussed and capturing the names of the meeting attendees. I liked how it summarizes the % of minutes talked within the meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently being shared to all of our team members, summary of the call is not that accurate.

Addressing next steps discussed, seamless handover to the customer success and sales team
