Like Gong - great for recording call notes and action items
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I watch previous customer calls at 2X speed (helpful for catching things I may have missed).
I also really like that they're incorporated AI that provides a call summary, including the action items.
Gong is overall very easy to use and helpful for recording and remembering important customer calls!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call summary is off (AI misunderstands what people say), but as speech-to-text and LLMs improve, I imagine these call summaries will get smarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording customer calls. Helping review customer frustrations and improving my pitch.
Quality features. Expensive given the plethora of alternatives that have cropped up in recent years.
What do you like best about the product?
The recording transcripts and AI summaries are some of the best I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. It's expensive for what you get especially when you have to pay extra for all the new features they've added like forecasting and engage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing/analyzing sales and customer success calls to pull out insights arund wins/losses as well as onboard new employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Great AI capabilities to summarize calls, analyse sentiment, and give you insights on a deal-by-deal basis
What do you dislike about the product?
it does not have a friendly way to compare utilization and call volume on their own platform, you can export information to Salesforce and combine the analysis there but it does require a process that can not be automated as easily.

Visibility of the conversations our GTM team is having, summarizing and giving insights for every expansion conversation we are having

What do you like best about the product?
that it takes care of logging, and saves lots of time for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometime i dont get to check my call history, that can be frustating at times

I have to cold call my advertisers on day to day basics, this is where gong comes in place it takes care of logging in for me. Also i have the flexibity of dialing any country code without any hassel

* The team doesn’t have to individually sync their calendars and email, Gong does this for us
* Smart trackers vs teaching how to listen to us
* Prebuilt flows that associate or create contacts and lead based off who was on the call
* Automatically updating our Main Competitor fields if mentioned on the call
* Pre-built functionality - Gong is easy out of the box, and has pre-built reports that are actually valuable They also have features that are released without needing setup
* Great team - we meet weekly with our CSM rep, and she has helped us build out some of the functionality we have. She is always available and knowledgeable about the product

What do you dislike about the product?
*Gong automatically joins calls that it shouldn't and then we have to go in and delete them. For example, our general councel should not have external call recorded but if someone is on the call that has a recording license, Gong will join. We can't add our general councel folks to the exclude list though becuase then all team meetings wouln't get recorded
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*Pushing data into our CRM has made reporting easy and helps us identify who is on which calls
*Pipeline forcasting is now done out of Gong since it's connected to G-Suite and Salesforce
*We use Gong for coaching 1:1s as well becuase it's easy to see which accounts are being communicated to and which prospects are being worked

Incredibly innovative & constantly improving
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a holisitic understanding of customer and prospect feedback. Call summaries are incredibly helpful in quickly digesting feedback and taking action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to continue to develop gen-AI features that support broader use cases.

Gong helps me understand customer and prospect sentiment, feedback, and product ideas.
Fast and useful
What do you like best about the product?
Great ability to fast forward and rewatch pieces of calls. Highly useful for edcucating sales people and getting up to speed on who on the team is doing well or poorly in terms of client features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to know where to look - I'd love some form of tooling that highlighted what a good/bad/mediocre employee looked like, as well as analytics on my team - who is spending a lot or a little time in the system?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coaching teammates and seeing who is doing well or poorly in client interactions. Recorded calls allow me to join meetings I have conflicts for!
Intuitive conversation intelligence and coaching tool with valuable applications
What do you like best about the product?
Gong has many native integrations with CRM, video conferencing, and other solutions to seamlessly analyze transcriptions and uses AI to summarize and highlight important aspects of prospect and customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Gong has recently launched their Engage platform to have an all-in-one solution for prospecting, deal management, and conversation intelligence. After evaluating the new platform it is a bit behind some of the others on the market and needs work to catch up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps easily identify key parts of conversations to reduce time and effort in finding valuable information from meetings with prospects and customers. Training and enabling new sales and CS team members is much more efficient and hands on with the use of the coaching tool as well.
Gong is a very effective platform for getting in-depth call/deal analysis.
What do you like best about the product?
Gong's automatic transcriptions and trackers have been a game changer in our ability to coach our reps on improving/tracking adoption of new initiatives. Very easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor integration with Microsoft Teams, not as easy since you have to deal with third party client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is allowing us to get quick and accurate information on the large volume of calls we're making. This allows us to actually know what trends not only our reps are saying but prospects and clients also in order for us to get ahead of any problems we may have and track results.
