I used Gong every single Day, it helps a lot with prospection and it's a time saver

I like to hear past calls conversations to know a little more about that specific prospect and Gong have a automatically script were I can see all the conversation

I no longer need to take notes, I can be 100% present on my calls and look back later.

Problem of noting key information and action items in many meetings per day.

Recording video calls and having a simple way to explore and find key information in them (i.e. transcript search) is also huge.

The AI features and analytics giving you pointers as to how to improve your calls

Sometimes it takes a little while for calls to upload onto the platform

It's analysing my calls and giving me quick feedback, helping me understand where to improve and also the balance of conversations
I never have to take notes on external calls anymore!

Gong helps me stay organized. I can watch previous calls, it gives a great summary, and shows a breakdown of how balanced the call was. I like that it gives me highlights and next steps. I use Gong multiple times a week

sometimes the calls aren't mapped to the right accounts which can make them hard to find

I like that I watch previous customer calls at 2X speed (helpful for catching things I may have missed).
I also really like that they're incorporated AI that provides a call summary, including the action items.
Gong is overall very easy to use and helpful for recording and remembering important customer calls!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call summary is off (AI misunderstands what people say), but as speech-to-text and LLMs improve, I imagine these call summaries will get smarter.
