Great tool for a sales team, and can even be used for other divisions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy ability to record meetings, share them with the whole team automatically, and share clips/calls easily and precisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a way to easily add Gong to calls that are already happening, which could be needed when quickly switching to another call if the first one doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording and sharing videos, and call coaching for sales

Plug and Play, very easy to use. Intuitive and smooth.

The time when uploading and analysing recordings into Gong takes a long time.

Summarising, analysing all my meetings with information that is needed for follow ups.
Amazing tool, especially for those working in different time zones
What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing that I can just listen into calls to find insights without having to actually hop on the call. Makes my work so much better and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could also use its AI tools to find specific calls and not just analyze them. Our CSM could also be more helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
We have implemented Gong for it's pipeline/forecast capabilities and have gained immediate insights to health status of opportunities, a marked improvement from previous practices. The implementation included a implementation manager. We made fast, logical progress, remained on schedule and succesfully rolled out the app despite the need for flexibility for changes made during the implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting is only available to be measure by calendar dates and not able to accept fiscal dates without a workaround. This seems like it would be an easy fix, but is not yet available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pipeline and forecasting capabilities are greatly improved. We have increased accuracy and visibility to current and future opportunities.

Occasionally, the transcription is not 100% accurate, which can lead to misunderstandings when analyzing conversations.

Gong has been key to improving the quality of our team's conversations and to better understanding what strategies lead to successful outcomes. It has allowed us to identify patterns in winning conversations, which we now replicate across our teams.

summarizing the call in a good manner and also, if we're missing out on anything we could pull up the data from there it helps in summarization as well.

Recordings are so useful for coaching and learning
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is really intuitive for our sales team to use and having their calls recorded means we can do further coaching and development across the sales organisation. We can also use the key words to see trends and know what sort of questions are customers are asking about specific products. Our teams use it every day!
Typing up call notes and reviewing actions has been simplified from a lengthy, manual task to something the team can do in minutes.

What do you dislike about the product?
When initially setting up the trackers it is a learning process to make sure to get the most accurate results. As we work on setting up more trackers we are learning the process more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing call notes quickly and identifying the customers point points easily through AI summarize feature saves our reps a lot of time
Best as of now better than avaya
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and not required any hasstle that we used to do on other platform like avaya best as of now.
What do you dislike about the product?
same day recording should be there and there should be provience to move the display like it used to be as now its on the bottom right corner, we should have the option to move it anywhere
