Great for reviewing performance
What do you like best about the product?
The intelligence of the platform. I'm able to search with key terms, and highlight specific areas of the conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, the user interface and design could be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary value that Gong delivers is the ability to revisit my conversations and dissect them to improve myself.
Crucial for any sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Great for onboarding and training new reps. Instead of having the additional hassle of adding them to calls, new reps can listen to recorded calls at any time. Gong also provides a great way to review any key points from a conversation after the fact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike, I haven't had any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training new sales reps and improving performance through reviewing and analyzing recorded calls.
Very useful tool for sales management

I like the ability to monitor the customer engagement on the call, and jump to various portions of the conversation
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to have more control over the AI - I find it often tracks elements I wish it could exclude
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has been an exceptional tool for coaching and feedback. Additionally, reps have benefited greatly from being able to listen to examples from their peers.
A great sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
I'm often skeptical of sales improvement tools. I've looked at so many products that simply don't make much different. Gong is a rare exception. It's is great for not only reviewing and coaching, but it's terrific for training and on-boarding new sales people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, is you need to be at a computer to review the calls but I understand they have a mobile app in the works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows the team to learn from others, improves manager's ability to coach sales people and is helpful for on-boarding new sales people.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong transcribes's my calls, I can easily jump to the important parts of the calls I want to review.I also love the ability to listen to my colleague's calls, I listen to top performers calls, so I can mimic best practices. Submitting calls to my manager for feedback at this time

I do not have too many things I dislike about gong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Gong to improve my sales acumen and identify areas I need to improve. Transcribing calls makes this way easier. I also love Gong's blog posts and data on sales calls, making data-driven decisions, so much easier
Gong is a game changer is customer interaction
What do you like best about the product?
At first glance I was blown away with Gong's accuracy on conversation content. Breaking down how much time is spent on topics and making it searchable is pretty amazing. Not to mention showing the percentage of each conversation each participant contributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the main complaint we get from our team is the process of getting Gong set up on a call and that it causes a slight delay in audio. These may be issues we can resolve with changes on our end, but they need to be looked in to. So far that is the only hurdle we hear from our team about their reluctance to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in Product Management is has been great to review customer calls to see if we are letting the customer talk enough and to review what our conversation was spent talking about.

Gong can give you visibility into the content of your company's interactions with customers for better training and improvement.
Account Development
What do you like best about the product?
Gong is super efficient and has a friendly UI. It's helpful for on-boarding new sales reps and cuts and makes it easy to review a call and fast forward/rewind to the most relevant parts of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcripts used to be a little unreliable at first, but that has been since fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time on having Account development reps sitting in on calls to take notes. The Account Execs can just record the calls and quickly refer to the key words/ relevant topics they talked about during the call without having to focus on taking notes.

Automatic recording of calls, analysis of content of calls

Resolution of video isn't too good- When I am checking videos sometimes I am not able to identify content

Recording calls with customers. Benefits of automatic recording when I forget to record manually

It is definitely a useful tool when you need to record calls an d analyze content

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly see the talk time splits, which parts of the recorded call cover certain topics, and easily gather input from my manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any major dislikes - I don't view this as a must have but it's a really nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're a team focused on call coaching then Gong is a really helpful tool. In the right organization it can be valuable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Confirm it's integration with your conference call / presentation system. If it's matched up then it's very simple and user friendly. A major plus when rolling out new tech to sales folks.
Gong works, and it works well
What do you like best about the product?
Discreet recording, high quality transcripts and call analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I've noticed so far, its been doing its job consistently, and haven't caused any issues. the call analysis and transcripts is great, just be sure to go over it with your own ears as well, specially if a person on the call had trouble speaking.

We can go about our business confident Gong is running, recording and analyzing for later benefits
