Can't imagine selling without it

What do you like best about the product?
My absolute favorite thing about Gong is being able to see how I've progressed towards my number in the month and quarter on the home page (I'm a fan of filling up the bar and seeing the %). Outside of that, I love the call recording feature; I go back and watch almost all of my calls to prep for the next one and I'm able to get up to speed with accounts that have talked to us in the past. Forecasting with MEDDPICC built in is very useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool could use some improvement; AI is obviously a work in progress across the board so I think this will just take time. I've also run into the issue where it will tag the wrong person on a call (for ex., I was speaking with a male CEO and it tagged a female marketing contact as the person I was talking with on the recording).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call recording and forecasting. Helps me do my job as an IC

What do you like best about the product?
During each sales call, whether in person or virtually, I'm sure to have Gong active in the background to take notes so I'm able to focus on my client rather than scribbling notes. The Engage feature of Gong has been vital in creating a sales pipeline with daily "to do's" ensuring I'm consistently following up with prospects. Implementing Gong into my daily routine has been seamless as well with my activity integrating directly with SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only advice would be the AI notetaker being slightly more accurate in the transcriptions created. Instead of forwarding these transcriptions to my client directly after the call I often have to check for grammar and spelling errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is helping me improve my time management while prospecting new clients by having my daily activities outlined showing me exactly what action items I have for that day.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has gradually become one of my go-to tools for learning from customer calls. It’s user-friendly and provides an accurate reflection of each conversation. The summaries are especially helpful, as they provide insights that guide the next steps and highlight what's truly important in discussions with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, Gong has difficulty understanding regional accents, which means the transcripts aren't always 100% accurate. This can make reviewing calls a bit more time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.) Captures customer calls so I can focus on the conversation instead of taking notes
2.) Recapping next steps to better inform next steps
3.) Helps to get new hires up to speed and learn from the wider team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gong gives an overview of how the general sentiment of a call went. It is easy to use and if for any reason we need to take Gong out of a call, it is very easy to do. Integrating this into all our client calls has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would be better is if the AI was better. What I mean by that is sometimes really positive calls can be marked as negative which doesn't really help when trying to search through various calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping and benefitting us so that we have the calls details and stats infront of us really quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integration of the call recordings with Gainsight, the notes that are automatically generated and the transcript that is included in each call. Makes it so easy for me to recall the main points in the discussions and to follow up with my customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function isn't exactly top-notch. I don't usually get the results that I am looking for although some are pretty close. It would be good if I can search based on the types of calls eg. cadence, success review, onboarding, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating Gainsight automatically whenever a call with a customer is done. The notes that are automatically generated help me to quickly start on the meeting minutes - this saves me time and effort. And whenever I want to confirm something that has been said in a meeting, having a recording with transcript sure beats having to write the points during the meeting!

Gong is making my work easier

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI overview of the call, I often use it to send a summary of a call to the Customer. Additionally, I think the timeline feature is really good. It's pretty intuitive, so I did not spend a long time learning how to use it. Everything integrated really easily with Zoom, no issues here.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind, actually! I'd add the possibility of connecting the emails as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my projects better, which is important in my role. I can see the overview of my calls and general temperature of a project. Additionally, I can take a look how other people interacted with this Customer in my company, which helps give me a broader context.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search for summarized information on calls about prospects pain points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for calls can be difficult. Seeing account level information like number of calls and email communications is not great, UI could be better here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account and deal intelligence on past opportunities to tailor messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows all of our team members across different teams to stay in sync. It gives time back for our sellers to focus on selling by automating note taking, next steps, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to ask questions across accounts to gather more information on trends
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing different teams to stay in sync. We have a lot of team members that touch a customer and allowing them all to stay in sync without all of them attending every call saves time and money

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of adding comments directly to snippets, reviewing calls at a higher speed, asking questions to the AI bot

I would like to be able to ask a question and it broswes through all of the calls
