Nice features. Great for review and replay.
What do you like best about the product?
You can listen to individual speakers, making replay/review quick and painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far in my experience of using it.

Primarily customer research sessions.

Love the ability to toggle playback speed and insightful UX.

The call search function triess to be intuitive by offering options that are often unrelated.

Being in sales, the analysis of my calls for improvement has been a big part of my strategy for success. Gong makes it easy to find specific areas that I'm focused on improving.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to transcribe my entire conversation and Gong pulling out key components of the conversation so it's not simply just the recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note. I've liked everything I have used it for

Targeted Feedback and Training
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tag moments in the call for targeted training and feedback. Additionally, just being able to see the ratio of our rep talking, as opposed to the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recorder sometimes goes haywire and beeps randomly during the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to hold people accountable and streamline our pitch.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it!!! Don't just tell people you've implemented it. Make is a regular part of the feedback process.
Helping to uncover my blind spots
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to revisit the things I did well and the things I can improve on, as well as the ability to request valuable feedback from my manager and peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest thing to get over is listening to my own voice.

Sales performance increase and the ability to have coaching to bring continual improvement!
Review of Gong
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using gong and I have been very impressed with its features and I love the recording aspects of a call to relisten to and playback later.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I like everything about gong. I like the auto emails too alerting when I have a call to review etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing my customer calls and helping to provide the best services when pitching our services to solve their business problems.
Great sales training and coaching tool
What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows us to onboard new reps faster by giving them multiple "best practice" calls to listen to. Its a terrific supplement to sitting in on actual calls/meetings. We also love the ability to send/request notes from colleagues on specific parts of a call, i.e. discovery or pricing discussion.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far my only complaint is that the user management process is a little clunky but this is a minor quibble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficient and effective onboarding of new sales reps. Very efficient way to coach on specific elements of a sales call and reinforce training and methodology.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong has really helped us onboard and train new Account Executives. It allows them to review demos that have been recorded and helps teach best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing a connection to Skype, so we are unable to record all our calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with understanding best practices in our sales cycle. We also gain a lot during our ramping up process, so we can review and give feedback to our AEs.
Gong helps new sales people come up to speed more quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I don't have to take perfect notes during meetings while trying to give a demo because I can always go back and listen to the call. It also enables me to share with my boss and gain understanding of things I may not know about (e.g. a technology that is mentioned).

I do not always like my calls recorded.

Helps in training new employees by enabling immediate feedback on how they handle calls. Also, helps disseminate examples of good calls so they can be replicated by the team.
