Great tool for reviewing calls

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for recording calls. I am always looking for ways to improve, and the ability to listen to my calls gives me insight into ways for improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. There's a feature that shares segmented topics for each call which I don't really utilize, often times because it's not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listen to conversations to efficiently prepare for follow up meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For sales professionals, it's a great tool to utilize for reviewing calls and preparing for follow-up meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can track who is talking and what the topic of discussion is. It makes it easy to move to specific parts of the conversation without having to spend excessive time backtracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a split screen option so that I may screen share and talk face-to-face with the other person. If there is this feature, I'm just not aware of it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hosting online demonstrations of our software. Easy to review calls, great to share with incoming employees who are acclimating to the role and need to see what is expected of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great for online demonstrations because both parties can talk, and you can record the conversation and backtrack to specific parts easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Really useful when training in a sales role. Helpful to look back at call for note taking. Support is responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be bugs that are still getting worked out. Sometimes the speaker and topics sections don't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and development. Ability to refer back to call for note taking.

What do you like best about the product?
The capabilities to look into keywords after a call and review the call
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of the message interruption "this call is being recored" would rather it said it to the people joining first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on lingo and terminology used on calls. Personally I have really benefited from listening to my calls after to take more thorough notes and improve the calls going forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great company to work with - if you are seeing that something that you don't like or want to improve bring it to their attention and they will work on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Speakers and topics being labeled at the bottom is amazing. Also love all the other notes you can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could watch calls while they were processing somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Development all use Gong to learn about what our customers think of our demonstration calls, onboarding calls, etc... It's great.

What do you like best about the product?
It Really helps to make sure what is being said on calls it helps analyze calls so you can make sure that what you are saying is working. Also makes sure you pause through calls
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to get it to work on the phone not having to get people on audio bridges for it to work

Main thing for me is to make sure I am listening and not just talking

Great way to automatically record & share calls with customers & employees

What do you like best about the product?
You can look up the call recording online at any time, search it for any spoken words and share it with colleagues at Qordoba or with customers. Keyphrases related to the call are automatically added to the call and searchable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you add a meeting link to a call on a whim, it takes a few minutes to start recording on Qordoba (no instant) but I am sure it will improve with product enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of call recording for future, training for future customers at the company, analysis of calls, opportunity to review calls.

You can't be all your customer calls as a manager but with Gong you can listen to them later at your convenience. It also allows you to analyze content, search for it by keywords and limit how long a customer can access the recording.

It is also very to set up and use without any training.

Customer service has been very responsive as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider it for your Sales and CS teams and share the recordings across departments so you can learn from each other constantly.
