Game-Changer for Pipeline Qualification and Opportunity Management
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been a game-changer in helping us improve both pipeline qualification and opportunity management. One feature I particularly love is the AI-driven analysis of deal risks and coaching opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited filtering options and not customizable reporting / dashboards

Gong helps detect opportunities at risk with low prospect engagement

What do you like best about the product?
Great meeting notes and sear functions means I can find the info I need from calls easily, saving me time and effort and keeping deals on track
What do you dislike about the product?
UI for forecasting can be a bit confusing at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking in calls, searchable records means I can pass on feedback and actions easily and dont have to worry about forgetting anything
A must-have platform for any customer facing team
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the AI features can be useful. It is also a great tool for learning, teaching, feedback, referencing and so much more. When used properly, many different teams can benefit (marketing, sales, CS, Product etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and effort rewuired to pull insights- I expected more granularity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to use good calls for references for training and teaching. It also gives a good place to leave feedback directly on calls for reps, and refer backt o different customers and use cases in our discussions with the product team. There are many use cases, and we haven't even delved into all the features
Fairly intuitive sales intelligence platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to search conversations through the universal search tool, filtering ability, viewing experience (speed + transcript)
What do you dislike about the product?
struggle to make calls on the platform as i used to be able to with the previous tool we used, outreach
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability for manager to coach me on critical conversations, seamless cloud recording and intelligent follow-up notes
Gong is great for saving time as a rep
What do you like best about the product?
I love the call summaries and follow up emails that the software generates. They are 95% accurate and they save me a lot of time. I also like the coaching tips it gives me
What do you dislike about the product?
SOmetimes the UI isn't great for finding past recorded calls if they were done by a former colleague.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me to record and summarize my calls; helping me remember my calls better and helping me fastet to follow up with prospects. Gong helps to eliminate manual work as well!
Great notetaker for solo calls
What do you like best about the product?
That I don't need to worry about typing or writing notes and can focus on the conversation. I'm often the only person from my team on customer calls so it's great to have Gong take notes for me
What do you dislike about the product?
That the notes/call highlights can't automatically be added to a Salesforce opportunity

It was difficult to easily share customer feedback and describe their pain points. Gong makes it easy to get the right information to the right teams without worrying about the message getting lost in translation
Very organized, helped me set many more meetings than quota.

Not saving my notes that I put in, allowing me to pull up notes from previously calls.

Gong has made it so I don't need to take notes in the meeting anymore and I can focus on the conversation rather than taking notes.
