One of best sales tools in my career
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does it transcribe your conversation, it tags who's speaking when and even what types of conversation i.e. qualification, competitors discussed etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the mobile app onsite often times out if your device disconnects from the internet is some fashion, which happens often at remote places, leading to the whole call to not be recorded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SIGNFICANTLY less time taking/transcribing notes, which leads to my colleagues and I being more engaged in conversations with clients rather than trying to write or type everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the UI and how easy it is for me to identify specific insights that I want to use for coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a delay in recording showing up. It would be good to have them show up immediately as soon as the call ends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a consistent cadence for coaching through gong is the biggest benefit. We are easily able to identify key areas for call coaching.

Go for it. Its a good tool.

The transcription service is very helpful and allows for my entire team to be up to speed regarding calls, actions items, and next steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can continue to improve search functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is understanding the needs of your customers and making sure the entire team is aligned within your organization. This has lead to stronger understanding across our organization on how to solve problems for our customers and prospects.

I highly recommend this product to anyone working in sales, customer success, or any industry in which it is critical for you to really understand your customers requests and needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The themes that you can skip to throughout the call, saves on writing everything down. Also helps to share snippets of that segment to customers / prospsects.

The suggestions can sometimes be a little off, not allowing for phone delay etc.

Internal coaching (taking the stats into consideration).

Start off with call reviews. Then listen to others - and then start using cues from others & your calls to help improve on your sales process.

Using keywords such as "Next Steps" to automatically mark conversations for reviews when following up with clients.

Gong gives me the gift of immediate feedback.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to loop others into conversations. Whether it's complimenting a co-worker or sharing a call with a partner, it's great to have the ability to collaborate.

I wish calls uploaded more quickly. There have been times were I cannot access a call for a say or two.

I am solving the problem of hear-say. I like having the ability to listen to calls directly.

A must have tool for anyone who's on the phone.
What do you like best about the product?
Instant analysis, feedback, data that can be leverage for review and self improvement or scoring with a manager. Instead of sifting through calls, the heavy lifting is done for me. Also, another HUGE value is SFDC connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much... If I had to pick something, I'd say the call recording functionality and accuracy of recording could be improved. It's super frustrating when Gong does not record a call or begins recording (X) amount of time into the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing our go-to market strategy for new products as we start to introduce them to customers - Gong is essential in seeing how our customers are responding to new products. It's a constant leveling up for everyone who uses a phone in our org.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can focus on the call at hand, and not have to furiously type notes. It's great for follow up or presentation build-outs as you can focus in on topics and follow-up action points to ensure no details are lost - I often sit listening to the prior calls while putting together presentations, making sure I don't miss anything.
Re-listening to calls is also invaluable as I have been able to identify concerns or questions from a client that were maybe passed over during the live conversation.
Gong is very helpful in identifying ticks (commonly used filler words) and even timing how long it takes me to respond to a statement (too quick by all accounts).
Finally, being able to listen to top-performing reps and identifying their keys to success have been super valuable in my personal development.

The annoying 'This call is now being recorded' that doesn't start until mid-conversation. But quite honestly, it's a small feature.
