Such a cool platform!

What do you like best about the product?
How i can ask it anything and it usually goves me a pretty acurate answer!
What do you dislike about the product?
when im in full screen watching a recording, i cant click to another part of the call. i just realized i have to scroll down. would be cool if it could be more like youtube where you can click on the line below. i also wish it analyzed my calls faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
instead of having to listen to the whole recording, i can skip to certain parts (like next steps). i can see how well i did by looking at stats. my peers can listen to my calls and give me feedback. i love how it gives me a call summary i can just copy and paste into my notes! i wish it analyzed my calls faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales is very language oreinted and gong allows for statuistics to get involved in that process that allows me to find out whta type of language works the best. Numbers don't lie.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's almost too much information in gong. Sometimes it's ver easy to get lost in all of it. I think the outlines of the calls could go more in depth as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me go back into calls to see what they care about and allows me to be present in calls without getting lost in note taking. Gong also allows me to go back and review deals that worked and didn't work and I'm able to see how I get there and repeat the processes that helped and which didn't.

What do you like best about the product?
The meeting reviews and email generator!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not connected to our CRM and email system, I would love to see how we could enhance emails based on previous purchases etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing me to focus on calls, as they create a review with the key takeaways and next steps instead of trying to figure it out alone

What do you like best about the product?
Helps speed up my sales process. Love that I can use AI to help with emails after the meeting. Gong is great at keeping me organisationed and it saves all those hours of typing up meeting notes. It's all in Gong ready for me at any time. My colleagues love it as they are kept in the loop and it makes for an easier working environement. Gong is easy to use and there aren't many days that I don't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forecasting isn't as easy as Clari but it's got far more features so it makes up for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time writing meeting notes, helps with fup emails after meetings. Good for forecasting and making sure your organised.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI tool that summarizes the bullet points in the agenda and the summary of follow up items
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI tool could be improved. I still keep manual notes and use the Gong notes as a gut check, not the end all be all for full reliability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
summarizing calls so I can have an additional source of information in maintaining customer profiles

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Gong takes notes on my meetings. It feels like I have a lovely virtual assistant to remember all the little details so I can be focused on bigger picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes the notes that Gong takes aren't exactly correct. It isn't a big deal but occasionally it can interept something either I or someon on my call says diffferently than intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps to keep me focused on big picture and be present on my calls, knowing that it will catch the summary and main points of the call.

Great intel tool for Product Marketers

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great way to ensure our marketing team is on the pulse of our prospective and existing customers, at scale. Before we'd try to sit in on sales calls, but it was an organizing nightmare and hard to go back to reference call details or share snippets with others. Gong is a game-changer for me as a product marketer in better understanding our prospects pain points in their own language, what objections and questions they have, and how our messaging is resonating. That's just from the basic features, we're just scratching the surface in terms of what the tool can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transcription has gotten better but still isn't quite as good as I'd hope. And similar with the tools like text recognition from screen sharing (e.g. for searching for calls where salespeople are using specific marketing assets). It's a great idea but often misses a fair amount of those calls when searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving the marketing team much wider and deeper insight into our prospective & existing customers, which is key for us to ensure tailored messaging, among many other things.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI summaries that are available after a call is transcribed, allowing me to easily create follow up emails that save me time and are actually accurate!

Gong has incredible features elsewhere too, including pipeline management, rep management/tracking, and insights about call data that help me understand best-in-class outcomes like talk ratio, longest monologue, patience, and more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, as it helps with my key focus around renewals/retention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps me better manage client relationships to drive retention and growth efforts, especially saving me time with AI summaries after a meeting has concluded.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong's product is second to none and withuot it, i couldn't do my job properly - it's my most visited tab on Chrome! The wide ranging suite of features and functionlities really help me coach the team and gain great visibility over our pipeline. I highly recommend it to any commercial leader, and see huge benefits for it right the way across our organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we purchased our package, the support model has changed drastically, which is infuriating.

Visibility of pipeline, visibility of prospect and customer challenges, sales team coaching, scalability
