Great for Customer Calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcription feature of Gong, as well as the ability to refer back to important calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the voice that chimes in at beginning of calls can be delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a client relations perspective, Gong is great for making sure you are following up with everything you promised. As well as, referring back to calls to improve on in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to speed up conversations to listen more effectively, also the segmentation of calls based on what is being discussed
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost nothing that I don't like about gong. Gong is the perfect tool for what it does, stores my calls and notes perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to review calls in detail and pick up on things that I might have missed in my notes. Additionally, allows me to recap on calls I might not have been able to attend.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
100% would recommend Gong.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can search by team and individual. If I ant to learn what is working for other SDRs, I am able to segment out those call and listen in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I still can;t hear the recording on the prospect's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cold Call Training. It's an easy, 1-stop shop for all call within our company that I am able to review.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can leave notes on calls. It’s very helpful when you’re wanting to give or receive feedback. It’s also very useful when finding specific things to improve on personally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is really clunky. Also sometimes it is hard to navigate the platform when trying to find certain calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, performance reviews have become so much easier with gong! Being able to focus on specific topics throughout the call has become a game changer as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start implementing it as soon as you can.

What do you like best about the product?
GONG is the newest addition to my sales toolbelt. Easy to use, powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some folks find being recorded unsettling, oh well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Referring to certain pieces of information that I may have not caught the first time.

I believe there could be more collaborative tools amongst users so they can come together and discuss areas of improvement.

The transcripts are helpful to reference something specific.

I'm not a fan of the way the calls are laid out in the calendar grid thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
problem of being able to remember certain calls - or not having any record, benefits are that i'm improving my sales approach

What do you like best about the product?
Providing my team IMMEDIATE feedback. I love that I can send feedback even while IN a meeting that way I don't have to go back and do more work after a call.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I haven't figured out yet how much I can accomplish using gong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to use the scorecard more in 2020, that way we can specifically uncover what areas of the sales call my reps are excelling in and could use more work.

Being able to have recordings sent to my email.

They don’t sync always with the correct leads/oops in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to slow don’t on my response time! It’s training me to have more effective cadence.
