What do you like best about the product?
Incredible that I don't have to take notes anymore! can just relisten

nothing! easy and user friendly. love how it tracks high points of conversation!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to recap and keep track of my calls with clients. As I have over 200, it can be hard to remember exactly who needs what

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a tool we use religiously for all of our sales calls. It allows us to not only do thorough coaching for new hires and tenured reps, but also allows us to have great follow up as we can list back to phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are sometimes issues with recordings not working, but Gong support is very fast to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Random times it will not record, but Gong has fixed things super quick when we raise these concerns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool! Would highly recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so helpful that Gong not only leaves me with a tangible outline after a call - listing follow-ups, contacts, and any other tidbits I missed during the call-but they also give me feedback and insight on how to improve myself as a salesperson.

A large part of my position requires Account Managers to run a call, as well as take detailed notes into the procedures and processes discussed. Gong allows them to be fully present while on the phone pitching to customers and still get a fully detailed transcript of notes.

Gong has also been super helpful for any onboarding and training purposes. I recently was applying for a new position in the office and Gong allowed me to listen to employees that were currently in that role pitch and interact with customers. I felt prepared walking into my interview because of the amount of background and insight that Gong gave me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the ability to cancel an already scheduled call. Sometimes we have customers/brokers cancel or just never join a call. Whenever I try to stop a scheduled Gong call it doesn't let me and then we are left with a blank call recording on the company history.

Gong does a good job of matching transcript words with what is actually said in the call, but there is definitely still room for improvement!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've vastly improved the flow and dictation of my pitches by listening to Gong. The ability to go back and hear and dissect the way you run calls is beyond helpful.

We have sent call transcripts to customers after calls which allows them to not only feel in the loop, but also provides a sense of transparency into the organization and your partnership.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Gong to listen to yourself! I hate hearing my own voice and really had to get past that barrier, but it has made me a better salesperson and has helped me hone my skills.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales rep, Gong has allowed me to track calls in a very specific, detailed way that I can mold into what is most relevant to me to help boost my productivity. I recently needed to find specific types of calls, ,and was able to search keywords to populate lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
The translating is improving, but still has some way to go for accuracy on translating the dialogue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to ensure I make my number of calls to be effective, and that my call content/talk ratio, etc are at maximum effectiveness.

It has dramatically improved our teams selling skills.

Why Gong is a great training tool!!

What do you like best about the product?
It records everything and then highlights the salient words and content that goes on with every call. It's an invaluable resource to help improve our conversations with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great tool - I use it when I need to and haven't found anything I don't like except the sound of my own voice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved are managing the talk time between me and the customer, confirming that what the customer says he said is really what he said, and also confirming what I said is what the customer heard. It's also a great training tool to learn how to structure a call, when to stay quiet and when to make an important point to closing the sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to document all calls, Gong is the solution.

First it’s sour then it’s sweet

What do you like best about the product?
I honestly didn’t want to implement gong. Seemed a little too ‘big brothery’ for me. It only took a few weeks to forget some crucial element in a meeting and go back to the Gong recording. Saved my deal and my quota. That’s when I flipped my opinion. Gong is glorious
What do you dislike about the product?
The message at the beginning of every call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized I forget key topics in meeting and have gone back to the gong recording on numerous occasions. It’s pretty clutch.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the ability to tag certain topics that Gong will pick up for me and seeing the stats of who is talking the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike the transcripts - as they are usually wrong/inaccurate, but I see the potential!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning how to talk less and let the prospect do the talking. Love the ratios that help us see how much we are talking.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can listen in on current calls as well as send my prospects call recordings which they can share with their teammates who couldn’t attend the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
That a bot has to join the Hangout call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don’t have to take as many notes and be furiously typing because I can rely on Gong to do that for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful to be able to review my call on gong. The breakdown of percentages for each person speaking is helpful to see if i'm allowing some time for the client to speak
What do you dislike about the product?
n/a - the only part is when gong doesn't record my calls (but that's a technical issue, nothing to do with Gong as a product)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to utilize Gong to help replace "filler" words
