Great for many reasons
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gong categorizes the conversation. This allows me to easily navigate to certain parts of the conversation for information I may need instead of clicking around and trying to find the time we talked about, say, next steps. I also really appreciate the new features added where Gong provides a call summary with take away items.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Gong, but if anything, it seems to have a hard time picking up all people on the call when there are more than 4 people on the call. For example, I had a call the other day with 7 people, but at the bottom of the recording, it only listed myself and 2 others. So it was a little hard to track down the spots where others participated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note taking. It is sometimes hard to take notes while on a call. Gong makes it easy to go back and take notes after.

Can;t think of anything I dislike off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We address the problem of inconsistent visibility into call approach. One major benefit has been quicker progress from reps.
Best Call Coaching tool I've used
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to find and coach calls from my team and leave meaningful feedback. It also makes its simple to reflect back on things being worked on by individual reps and check in on progress. Searching the transcripts and finding things like keywords, filler words etc. is simple and easy to bring up and show data on how that affecting calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
More difficult to save snippets than other tools i've used, but still not terrible. It sometimes seems there is a lengthy lag in between calls happening and when the log in gong and sometimes calls are missing altogether (this could be something on our end.) The experience of listening to calls live isn't as pretty as some of the other tools i've used, especially if there is a screen share involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping sales reps navigate our call framework more effectively. It has helped have better coaching sessions about do's and don'ts and have seen some reps make dramatic improvements. Helping reps discover the habits they have in their calls (filler words, how the responde to certain objections, things that are leading to or detracting from call success).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every tool is only as good as it's implemented and adopted. This took us a while, bu this was more of an internal issue. Take the implementation and adoption seriously and you'll have great results relatively quickly

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to review prior meetings, both my own and my teammates, so I can be up to speed on any existing client/prospect, in minutes.
Additionally, the intelligence that color codes the conversation topics throughout the call after analyzed is very helpful when you specifically want to focus on certain aspects of the call.

Overall very satisfied, and can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing the need for the reliance on accurate note taking across a large organization. Get the full picture, or details you need with ease of access.

Keep up the good work. Articles you share on what analytics are leading to success are nice as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can search calls by sales rep, topic, objections and key words and more. I also love the reporting and the amount of data I can get on my teams calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I find it hard to navigate to the "feedback" reports where I can see how much feedback or who has given feedback. I love the reports just hard to find the data I want becuase there are so many ways to parse it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My schedule is busy so it's hard to be on a call with my team. Gong allows me to listen while I am driving or allows me to listen when it works best for me. It also allows me to search for problem areas or allows me to find common objections the team struggles with as well as competitive information. We are a growing company and have added new products in the last few years. Gong allows me to search for those specific calls to find out how the team is handling them.

What do you like best about the product?
With Gong you are able to go back to your sales calls and re-listen to them. This is useful not only from a sales notes perspective but also in the sense that you can learn from what has gone well for you and closed, and what has been lost.
A neat feature is the ability to add comments and tag your colleagues/manager at certain points during your recording meetings where you can ask for feedback and understand how they may have handled the situation.
Lastly, it provides you with an accurate transcript of the call conversation. Having used other similar software before this isn't always the case but Gong has been fairly accurate for me so far.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many major things to dislike however, one thing that can be annoying is that even when you cancel your client meeting that had been arranged, Gong still turns up to the meeting and tries to record for 30 mins.

Ability to listen actively during calls rather than scribble down notes - actually listen to your prospects.
From an efficiency standpoint it's helpful when uploading your notes into your CRM it's very easy to take sections from the transcript and paste them in.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong helps me become a better sales professional by refining my craft through cold calls, customer meetings, and training & enablement. Through Gong, I am able to understand where I excel and areas of improvement. I have real-time feedback I am able to see and hear that gives me an insight of how I can be a better salesperson. My managers are now able to have a main repository to provide constructive feedback by adding notes right to the recorded call! We utilize Gong through Zoom and it's an easy way to integrate into your customer meetings. I have used Gong in the past with a previous company and really found value with documentation of calls and what was covered and most importantly, uncovered. I am about to go back and take notes on pieces that I missed and key takeaways to bring to the rest of my sales team. I am happy to utilize Gong once again with my new company and hope I can continue using this key tool throughout my sales career. I would recommend Gong to any sales professional looking to strengthen their sales skills, management looking to track their sales team's customer meetings & skill development, and any organization looking to provide training to their sales teams!
What do you dislike about the product?
WIth my previous company, I did notice some features that needed some upgrading like the transcript functionality, snippet functionality, and the ability to delete the notetaker on your scheduled calls in advance if needed. I am happy to see the product improvements since then! I will be sure to submit any suggestions for improvement (if given the chance) in the future! I have no other feedback at that time.

Gong covers all the bases
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features that I like in Gong, but the basic ability to record, review, and search calls is outstanding. Also the ability to create snippets of calls for review or check content and note-taking for later review is hugely valuable. Integrations with email and tracking is a nice feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Gong, while I like the integrations with email, some of those integrations become a little much and a bit cumbersome to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the problems we are solving is the ability to go back to a call and to see the automatically highlighted action items. This lessens the need or pressure of taking notes during the call. Also being able to captured bits of a call that could be important to someone else to learn from.
