What do you like best about the product?
Gong has a majestic user interface in every aspect, keeping a modern and clean look, it conveys great impressions when most new traders enter this main website, mentioning that its internal templates also look amazing, allowing you to work comfortably on this platform, since in the same way, all these digital presentations of the servers of this system are fully customizable, so that customers can adapt this service to their most suitable environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can take into account that this software does not have a system based on notifications when a call is recorded, since if at any time, we must dial the same operator, we will have to carry out the entire process, to add its code to carry out interaction, by means of voice, being a problem, since in this course, we lose an amount of time, important for other functions within the company that need to be attended to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong is used throughout our organization, especially in operating establishments that are dedicated to sales, or in the same way in business development, which is another of the sectors that we consider important on a large scale, since that these two departments are where our most favorable income comes from, in other words, we use this software because we can record our good calls, which are convenient when registering them, classifying them so that in the not-so-distant future, view more benefited calls and to show new hires.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mostly in software sales, these are peculiar and technical conversations in their entirety, highlighting that you can overlook many important details in calls, because for these problems presented, you can count on Gong, as it will provide you with support from information and notes in the event that any determination about the topic offered and considered as a product escapes by mentioning, in order to provide a good service and experience, when interacting to sell said items with digital qualities.

Love the transcription

What do you like best about the product?
I love the transcription functionality! Its pretty accurate and if there's something it is repeatedly getting wrong you can teach it the word or name its missing. I also love that it's very easy to search others calls when I'm sourcing information or research candidates for upcoming projects. Its also nice that it brings in some of the SalesForce data, especially for calls you weren't present for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been told that the call logs as an activity on the account, but I'm not sure if mine actually do. I wish there was an easier way to automatically notify or communicate the account team that you did a call with their account so they're aware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transcription & automatic call recording. I also love that even if the call was an hour ans a half long, it still creates a small enough mp4 to email - other systems outputs are massive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can request feedback and since California is my market, we can actually record calls. I also like how it transcribes what you spoke about

Well I realized that I have access to all my important calls so I can go back and listen to them since I speak with so many people a day

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take a critical look at my calls, as well as those of my teammates and analyze areas for improvement. Also the ability to quickly recall specific points in a conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't found one so far. Except that it tells me I say 'kind of' way too often!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recall. Being able to access previous conversations with actual data is huge.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong suggests action items from calls, like having an extra set of ears to debrief with. Also a big fan of the simple visualization of talk time by participant, and volume of questions asked. Helpful in seeing what pairings in team selling can improve at getting customers talking more by going deeper on discovery.

Giving managers more insight into how I communicate opens the door for much more well informed coaching too. Really delighted with this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recording notification on video meetings is a bit long and awkward. Not a big deal, and maybe it's something that our admins can adjust. This is a small detail compared to the value I get.
The call transcripts have some room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong's showing me my communication patterns so I can effectively see where to ask more questions and where I need to open the floor for prospects to speak more. Also shows me what slides of my presentations have the most conversation - in some cases I've not leveraged the most compelling visuals in my deck for the conversation and now I realize that when I view the Gong report.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI that helps quickly find the relevant section of the call. My team uses the call statistics about pauses, questions, etc. to improve our client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI was able to organize to-dos from the call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong helps our team organize around a client renewal plan. It keeps everyone in the loop and archives important information & follow-ups. The call reporting tools helps our team improve customer service by providing direct feedback on how often they are asking questions, how long are they letting clients speak, and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Encourage collaboration on the platform and allow users to access each other's client calls so they can learn from top performers and stay aligned on important initiatives.

Gong's Ability to Provide Critical Employee Onboard Training

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to my organization, Gong's call recordings have been a critical part of my onboarding process to get up to speed. I love Gong's call playback abilities so I can not only listen and watch demos, etc. but also playback again and again meetings to help me fully grasp a topic being discussed and learn at my own pace. I end up answering my own questions this way instead of having to constantly reach to internal folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The call translation and transcript feature is very helpful, but of course accuracy isn't always achieved. If I'm reading through the transcript to find something or go over something that was discussed certain words and phrases are transcribed funny that make me confused as to what is being discussed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong has helped me to be better at capturing important information that was discussed and which I wasn't able to jot down while taking live notes. This ability has also helped me more focus on the meeting/conversation, as when I am busy taking notes often times a good thought pops into my head just to be forgotten as I'm finishing up writing down my notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gong will help better train your sales staff and help them sharpen their saw.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to easily review and audit my team members' calls and to identify trends across the team.

There are none that I have uncovered. I don't feel I'm using it to its fullest potential!
