What do you like best about the product?
I like the recordings and the way the calls are analyzed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I deeply dislike that during the meetings you have it as an extra participant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving all the objections we are getting from customers. We are closing more deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore the tool as much as you can. It has a lot of gadgets that will help you improve your business and sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
The data! The talk ratio, the lengths, the recording w/ transcripts. All so cool and needed in discovery calls.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong allows me to manage my pipeline, identify how I can move deals along faster, and gives me insights and best practices into how to improve my sales game. Being able to easily review and assess my demos and calls has allowed me to make small improvements and become more of a product expert for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the transcript functionality does not properly catch specific phrases or keywords and can occasionally misidentify certain aspects of the conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gong keeps me from listening to hours and hours of demo recordings just to find one snippet. It identifies those specific snippets automatically while allowing me to quickly find and leverage them to my advantage. Gong's deal driver feature gives me a 30,000-foot overview of my pipeline and provides recommendations and tips on how to move deals forward. I've been able to improve my skills as a salesperson, send more quality follow-ups, and gain insights into how to close more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and overall the access of seeing all of the calls later on vs having to physically join each one
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of time to watch full calls. It would be great for more advanced searching/language tagging so if I'm a product marketer looking for feedback on data ingestion, I can easily find those calls instead of listening to all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency into sales pitch, areas of improvement, questions we need to answer as a company.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that Gong records our calls for training purposes, and we can share the calls with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starts recording the instance you come on Zoom. You can stop it, but I always forget to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm adjusting my dialogue with clients each time I re-watch my calls. I'm definitely catering the calls more to what the clients want to hear.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not familiar with such a solid training tool that helps AE's stronger with their presenting skills.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automatically notify colleagues that certain topics of conversation have come up, and them be able to access the transcript to see what was said. We find this particularly useful between Customer Success & Product Management to relay customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transcript can have some imperfections, if this was improved it could be used to automatically log call notes and save time of note making/typing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing content of calls with other colleagues around the business

What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while to get the reps fully adopted to it. I would recommend training sessions that are specific to the company only. I am sure others would agree and gladly pay for it as an add on service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often on calls it is very hard to take notes and truly listen actively at the same time. Gong solves this problem. I also like the activity tracking for forecasting.

That simple and easy to understand

What do you like best about the product?
Calls for new contracts to be documented by all. When I went into the business, I helped massively. Other vendors I used a great deal to understand. After the calls, I really want to be able to pay attention to myself my team-mates will shade me. This helps my training time more quickly. It's also easy to use dsahboards, and it's also easy not only from the a department but also in the entire organization to view calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have several to do separately and access the videos I've recorded through zoom that they do not currently capture. I think anything else is fine, I had some problem with piece at all. I think it'd be a good thing if you can still add the gong email account to the schedule assignments on gmail, which will enable gong to document the day immediately. It will be simpler and quicker than to go to the website and physically configure it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shadowing. Recalling calls, revealing my job, and what the customers said. I love it a lot to return to my applications, to check everything out, to see receipts and to recognize what the buyer said, I forget several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Nice volunteering tool for call staff, nice for workshops in sales. Even if you want your ringing staff monitored.

What do you like best about the product?
Gong is a great way to communicate about customer conversations. I really like the tracking that you can set triggers for and filter down to conversations with those triggers. We use it for product, sales, product marketing, and a lot more. It is quite helpful to be able to search all those customer conversations. It is also great for the onboarding of new employees that was insight into the business or sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally am not a huge fan of the branding of gong, but that is just me! There are some small UI improvements that could be made, but nothing that stops me from wanting to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-departmental communication is a problem in any business, let alone one that is WFH during covid. Gong also helps us onboarding people and share insights about the customer experience and sales process. The benefits of this is that it gives you insight into the customer experience that you might not have unless you work in customer success or sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the Gong recording is SUPER helpful in reviewing client calls. Gong has great tools and is far easier than reviewing a Zoom recording. I love how Gong shows an overview of who was speaking when, analyzes the structure of the interaction and provides feedback. I also like the transcript function that helps find exactly the part I want to review again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wasn't thrilled with the Big Brother concept but I got over that quickly when I saw the benefit in helping me sell better. I know voice to text is an imperfect science but I'd LOVE to see improvements there. Or perhaps in the interim...the ability to annotate the transcript to make accuracy edits where needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviewing complex client calls afterwards to ensure I caught all the important details and am accurate on my follow-up. I like have my recordings in one place to go back and review as needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I thought clients might object to 'notetaker' being logged into the meeting, or at least ask about it. None ever have.
