Best BBDD manager for any user
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about airtable is that is just so easy to use. There's a bunch of information , turorials and a very active community. Besides, it can power up any type of business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been amazing so far,so no complaints here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a database for an MVP im working on wanted something robust, reliable, fremmium and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Record Linking and Automations alone have saved time across the board, enabling us to do more in less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be intimidating if someone isn't familiar with it, however once they dig in, most everyone loves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable helps keep all of our departments in sync and up to date. The automations help keep certain tasks from slipping through the cracks.
Airtable is the Best!
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of Airtable are the ability to easily set up the field types, but more valuable than that are the automations that can be built on top. Even though I am only on the free package, it's really valuable to be able to send an email every time that a row is added to my sheet. The API documentation and API in general is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would obviously like to be able to access more of the automations in the free version. I would also love for there to be startup packages so that I can use Airtable more in my personal pursuits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have one centralized place to store all of my data with really robust field types that make the most sense for my business. I have seamlessly set up workflows that write data to my Airtable tables.
The main software to control every aspect of my craft beer business
What do you like best about the product?
The perfect balance of versatility within the tool and a depth of possibilities. We use Airtable bases for everything from HR, Sales, Marketing, and especially Ops, and we love the different views offered so we can optimize our way of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The introduction of interfaces was perfect for us since I have worked for many years in Strategy and Business Intelligence in other companies. I started building a few dashboards to keep track of our KPIs but found few personalization tools for now. I'm waiting anxiously for improvements here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing the information and data bases of my business in one single place with the added benefit of knowing we can fill them with the forms functionality. We have forms for almost everything.
Great tool for working with data
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Airtable. I use it extensively for data-heavy projects, prototyping, and to fill in the gaps with a custom solution when we can't find or can't afford an off-the-shelf piece of software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Airtable isn't great at presenting structured data next to free-form data. Some other programs like Notion or Coda are better at mixing relational data with a presentation layer, but Airtable is excellent at the data component and their interfaces feature is looking promising.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Airtable to automate internal process and house various kinds of relational data. The two biggest areas where we use Airtable are in inventory management and planning and running our online school.

What do you like best about the product?
Endlessly flexible and extensible but structured enough to ensure we're only creating useful and essential data.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you use it as extensively as we do, it's easy find small but important ways the product could be improved. These are almost always addressed with updates by the team, just not always in the order we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is the central hub for all of our information. Every project we do begins and ends with Airtable, allowing us to track every facet of our work. And it does this in a way which is intuitive and natural for every kind of team member, regardless of their experience.
Incredibly flexible and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a rare tool where its flexibility is matched by reliability. There are so many different ways to use Airtable, and each is incredibly effective. I use Airtable for any project I can to track progress, catalog content, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, any small issues I've had with Airtable have been resolved in recent updates. I used to be weary about share functionality and users accidentally being added to a paid plan, but Airtable now allows admins to lock this permission. Additionally I was disappointed with the inability to share interfaces with non-users, but that is much easier now as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable provides my team with a home base. Unlike navigating a complex organization of Drive folders, Airtable bases and tables allow data, content, and tasks to live in one central area.

What do you like best about the product?
Automations changing how I do things on a daily basis. It's has really mimimize the $10 tasks I have to do each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Single downside of airtable is the comments feature. I wish the comments that only pertained to me showed up, I.e. if someone mentions me. Would reduce clutter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving leaving any jobs behind. Once a job is in our workflow it can't be lost whereas before we had it and everything on paper, jobs were lost constantly.
An incredible customizable tool for a million different business needs
What do you like best about the product?
Customization and templates - since almost anything is built with a simple grid spreadsheet, the power of airtable is endless to create the tool you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. Or, I suppose that I can't enter text freely the way I can in Excel - you can't enter a random note inside an integer-only field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use airtable as a CRM that helps with grant reporting on the dozens of events and activities we manage. The personal views and ability to group and sort based on the data I'm looking for at any given moment is one of the highlights.
Flexible, cost-efficient and expandable
What do you like best about the product?
Expandability and adaptability - Airtable can be adapted to whatever database needs you can think of to throw at it — it's so flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not a lot. I can't think of a single thing I dislike about Airtable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable for many things - as a CRM, as a record of my invoices, as a way of keeping tabs on projects and podcasts. So many things.
