AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing dimension: the Airtable Platform Business plan, sold as a contract. You pay per seat, charged for each user with edit permissions on at least one base in the workspace. Read-only collaborators, form submissions, and share links carry no charge. Charges are prorated, so users added partway through the billing cycle are billed only for their active period. The plan is aimed at teams and departments needing advanced features and basic administration. Optional guest access add-ons are available separately in set pack sizes.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat for billing on the Business plan?
A seat is any user with edit permissions on at least one base in the workspace. You are not charged for read-only collaborators, form submissions, or share links. Charges are prorated, so users added partway through the billing cycle are billed only for their active period.
What happens when I reach the record or attachment limits on the Business plan?
Your data is never removed and existing bases stay usable. You receive an overage notification. You cannot add more records or attachments until you upgrade to a plan with a higher capacity. Automation and API usage is capped at your plan's limit.
How do the guest access add-ons work with the Business plan?
Guest access is a separate add-on, not part of the base seat charge. It is sold in fixed pack sizes such as 15, 25, 50, 100, and 200 guests. You purchase packs on top of your per-seat subscription to grant limited external access.

TabPFN-2.5 is a Tabular Foundation Model (TFM) used to make predictions on structured data without hyperparameter tuning and with minimal preprocessing. It is a pretrained transformer that provides instant predictions for classification, regression, and time-series tasks across messy tabular data (numeric, text, categorical, missing values, outliers, uninformative features). TabPFN-2.5 handles datasets up to 50,000 samples and 2,000 features and outperforms tree-based models and multi-hour tuned ensembles. This TabPFN-2.5 model package is free to use under the non-commercial conditions as specified in the model license.
I really like the flexibility of Airtable's automations and how the views, linked records, and interfaces allow us to build exactly the workflow we need without any code. The automations, linked/lookup fields, and custom interfaces have been particularly valuable for our team. The setup was straightforward thanks to the intuitive interface, allowing us to get up and running quickly. Additionally, I appreciate how Airtable helps replace a tangle of spreadsheets and manual updates, providing a central place that gives us much better visibility across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is that pricing can add up as usage scales. More flexibility in the automation trigger and pricing tiers for smaller teams would be nice, but overall it's a small ask compared to the value we get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Airtable to replace tangled spreadsheets and manual updates, providing a central place to track workflows with better team visibility and automation.

Airtable: Accessible, Powerful Databases for a Growing Travel Company

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an incredibly accessible and powerful database tool. Through interfaces I've been able to get my entire team to use the tool in a variety of ways and also improve their own systems and technology. The familiar spreadsheet style coding and back-end with a robust database behind it have been a game changer.
In travel, most companies rely heavily on spreadsheets and the ability to quickly migrate into Airtable and create a unified cross team database has impacted everything from sales to operations at the business.
The software integrates well with Claude and some of our other tools and is quick, easy, and cloud based.
What do you dislike about the product?
The power of the tool is that you can do nearly anything, that is also the downside since sometimes you do need to find workarounds and it also means some of our systems are not always as straightforward to less experience Airtable users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of Airtable has been our single-source of truth operations toolkit which allows our team to quickly access key data across platforms and tools (and analyze it with AI too). We've been able to manage complicated bookeeping and scale our trip operations through the platform quickly and efficiently.

Airtable: Flexible, Reliable No-Code Database That Powers Almost Any Internal Business Workflow
Reviewed on Aug 22, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most flexible software you can build any other software for your personal or business needs. You can build nearly any internal business app, tracker, database, dashboard etc. And it's definitely the best no-code user friendly database there is (I've tried all direct alternatives). It integrates with everything and it's an incredible tool to build automations (where Airtable acts as the user interface for automation inputs and outputs). The price is good (if you're using it intensively - the ROI can be in the hundreds X).It's extremely reliable. I've been using Airtable every day for close to 10 years already and I've never faced any bugs that would significantly affect my experience. The support is good and Airtable has been pretty good at integrating AI in their product in a useful (not flashy) way.
What do you dislike about the product?
- (A) The learning curve is quite steep and for some users it's way too much. You either love it or hate it. - (B) The flexibility is the strength but also the weakness of Airtable if you have hundreds of users using and (re)building it... it can get messy quite fast if you don't enforce strong Airtable hygiene and maintenance practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've build thousands of internal apps/automations/workflows on Airtable starting from project management, to community management, to LEGO tracker, to knowledge management "brain", to content creation etc. etc.
