User friendly, adaptable, and great for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a very approachable platform that is easy to use across various users. I have used this platform for internal CRM and database systems, and it's as great visually as it is accessible. We have also used Airtable across our small business support ecosystem locally to connect nonprofit organizations in Baltimore City and advance collaboration to rejuvenate the small business economy after the consequences of the pandemic. We have been able to break down siloes using Airtable which is incredibly important for Baltimore presently and long term.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be challenging to get everyone on the same page regarding how to use the systems Airtable offers, so it would be great to have more suggested tutorials to help maximize the features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and centralization of information with confidentiality, yet access for those who need it. There are great opportunities for data management that cannot be done through other platforms or internal systems at our organization and in our city.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has some amazing features directly out of the box (even in the free version!). I especially appreciate the new Interfaces capabilities, as I work with several clients that appreciate a live dashboard look into their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there are still loads of people (professional and personal) that do not understand the benefits of working with such an amazing tool, or have no idea what it is yet. While I feel sad for these folks, I do not blame Airtable. Maybe an easier way to keep records updated from HubSpot?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create client/partner portals out of the total database (no more manipulating several spreadsheets at once for each partner), which gives our Sales reps some of their time back, since they are not answering a lot of the "What is the status of our project?" questions. I also can run different audit points on our data MUCH easier than the reporting functions in HubSpot allow me to.

What do you like best about the product?
AirTable does all of the things that I want a spreadsheet to do - allows me to easily input, rearrange, and export information. I especially like multi-select fields!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add is the ability to comment on cells and review comments, similar to what you might see on Google Sheets. This may be available in an add-on or extension, however!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AirTable is currently helping me organize the vendors for a Holiday Market, so I greatly appreciate the functionality to make a form view, group by various different cells, and attach pictures.
Airtable is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is an incredibly flexible platform that enables me to quickly build proof-of-concept and production assets that have been able to help me at work and home.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to be too hard on Airtable because they're constantly building new features. The Automations that they've built in are quite nice, but lacking in a lot of depth. There is a custom scripting capability, but it is limited to JavaScript and not Python, which I'd prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable solves the problem of having to meticulously build out databases just for a proof of concept - something that my company is unable to do on our own. I've built internal tools to help with giving feedback and shoutouts, a CRM to manage a small segment of our business that doesn't fit in with out standard operating procedures, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and function are better each year.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant find an option where i can change the colour of the number. Its very important for accountability or finance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its my companies´s database. For me its easier explain Airtable than Excel. The most of people dont like excel interface.

I love how easy it is to use this app. It's convenient and helps me stay organized. I also share my airtables with collaborators.

Nothing really. I have not had any issues with it.

It keeps me organized! It is the easiest way to create records. It makes finding information and contacts very simple,

Airtable is extremely helpful in organizing data and utilizing views to make said data easily comprehensible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve with Airtable, and as it isn't as established as Excel or Google Sheets, there isn't so much information available online from users to help create projects. Additionally, it can mean that a company may have to resort to using a bespoke consultant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is helping me to present data to my teammates in a way they can understand. It also helps us to share processes and projects with less room for errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is always a step ahead of our needs; as we develop products, their system allows for exactly what we are looking for. It's as if they're on our staff the way they anticipate requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
The example databases seem a little trivial. They could be more businesslike. However, this is a very minor observation and hasn't had any effect on the success of Airtable otherwise

Other management software has required us to start over when modifying databases, while Airtable's seamless flexibilty lets us change structure while safely maintaining content.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The mobile app is not powerful as the web app. It is missing extensions, automations and interfaces.

- Airtable edge, for me, is enabling collaboration between team members on structured data models

Not enough room, but it’s great! Super helpful with districts getting audited, especially; all info
What do you like best about the product?
We work with about 20 school districts that are part of our Airtable. They love it and it makes it so easy to share very important information with the school districts. It saves us a lot of time and work trying to update districts with what they need. One district is getting audited this week and they’re Airtable puts everything in one place, making their audit a lot less stressful, so they really love it now , with this aspect!!

None so far. With other options we use out of state, this is definitely a better program!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving getting required info over to our district partners. Instead of searching for everyone's requirements and emailing them over, the districts can just look themselves, saving us time!!
