User-friendly, great for non-profit use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that, for free, we can track things like receipts and inventory with images and in the cloud!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I understood the apps a little better and I wish I could experiment with them without having a premium account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking receipts, listing kit inventories for libraries. I wish that I could integrate my inventory with a reservation calendar, but I can't figure it out.
Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Airtable to me in my company is freedom. Different of other systems, Airtable give us the opportunity to adapt easily or necessities to they attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, in heavy bases with a lot of data, the Airtable could be slow and unstable, but we have to be honest: it's completely normal and others systems have the same problem, but, will be good for everybody if the team could work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable give us the opportunity to have a lot of data, of all sectors of our company, in the same place and the freedom to manage this data according our necessities in a easily way, increasing our productivity a lot.
Best app for personal and business management
What do you like best about the product?
Managing personal and business thru different types of views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to use the tables embedded on places like Miro or Notion.

Organization and accountability of tasks and expenses.
Great for prototyping!
What do you like best about the product?
For context - I use Airtable with clients. Usually, small non-profits who rely on spreadsheets to manage their mission. It's the flexibility to put in ANY spreadsheet quickly and then start improving things in front of their eyes. Automations, reminders, confirmation emails etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email communications. The automations are good but the format options are restrictive and the 100-a-day volume limit is difficult. It usually means another app is needed for that - hence another subscription and more cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me move clients from spreadsheets to automated processes quickly and without a step an angst ridden learning curve about client journeys or data structures.
Absolutely love Airtable. Have recommended it to so many people.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Airtable offers multiple views for the same information, so different team members can see exactly what they need, and nothing else, without corrupting the data. I also love the different views like Kanban, calendar, gallery, and form. We've used these for SO many different purposes, and I love having everything in one place, and it all stays up to date instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the gallery view had a few more options to make it more visually attractive. We actually ended up using it for big chunks of our website when our custom-built website ran into major issues and we needed a quick fix. It was incredible, and a life-saver, but it could be just a little bit more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving all team members the information they need, stored in one place, so we don't end up with different, conflicting versions of the same information. Also allows for real-time collaboration. I also now use it in my personal life as well, such as wedding planning and personal bookkeeping.
It's a great tool for managing a business.

I love that it's colorful and still minimalistic.

I don't like how complicated it is to create interfaces and use extensions.

It allows me to plan accordingly and prevent the overwhelming feeling that comes with managing all the marketing in my business.

- It is very easy to build a relational data-base and visually understand what you are doing.
- Its great that the API works well and is integrated with Make.com

- I dislike the pricing model. It is very much based around the "collaborator seats".
- Furthermore, it would be great to use more than 100k records without having to buy the enterprise plan

Airtable is making it accessable for non-developers to build smart and complex data-bases.
I am benefiting through that by building a no-code software solution that uses Airtable as the database.

Adaptable and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Airtable because of how customizable it is to our business's needs! We can integrate with almost all of our other platforms to create exactly the systems we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favourite part about airtable is the initial time investment to learn and get familiar with the platform. But once you've gotten that out of the way, you're golden!

Connecting softwares, integrations, client feedback collection, etc.
great for social media planning
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can clearly schedule out my social media calendar for my non-profit. It has every feature I could need to add in all the content I want (links, videos, photos). I also like that you can add other teammates to collaborate on work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much bad to say about it. I do think the platform has a lot of different uses and capabilities that can sometimes be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me stay organized, plan in advance, and produce better content for our supporters.
