Powerful, user friendly, and ever adapting
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Airtable is colorful and interactive, allowing you to collaborate in real time with your coworkers, AND the product development team at Airtable is constantly adding amazing improvements to the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some specific features that I wish were available that, even after submitting a feature request, they don't seem to be able or willing to provide. For example, our organization uses Airtable to send out emails to external stakeholders, and we cannot include a static PDF attachment without a link to a file sharing service- Why not allow us to include a single PDF file as an automated response to an inputted form?
In addition, even as user friendly as Airtable is, it can be overwhelming to new users and take some time to learn.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hugely increasing efficiency for large team project coordination over multiple weeks of production. Being able to edit the tool to work how I want it to work is awesome, and I can build interfaces that look the way my teammates prefer it to look. This is allowing us to move past using older, inefficient methods like a running Microsoft Word document for project management timelines.
Excellent for Data Capture and Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
The U.I. Airtable has is fantastic at every level. From the spreadsheet entries, to card / form creation and reports that can be produced. All of it is great functionally in every respect.
I cannot stress how much I love the appearance. So many products do not invite joy with the visual of the product, but AirTable genuinely has me happy to be working on the platform because of how colorful and happy it is.

What do you dislike about the product?
So much focus is on A.I., that I feel one of my most desired features to see work on is the interface and automation. There is already so many great features, but I'd love to see an expansion of customizability. Sizes of items. Colors available to use. Graph's with multiple data points (where applicable).
I would love for there to be a way to have a "total" or "sum" feature not just for the insights, but possibly a tab page in the spreadsheets. Maybe I want a view that tally's all cells of a certain type to compare against other types. If that functionality extists, I'm not sure how to go about it. Currently I'm having to create a separate tab and tally these numbers myself each month, so figuring out a way to do that for me would be great.

Airtable is helping me to keep track of metrics that social platforms are not offering, nor would offer because we might have spearate metrics of our own that we desire to know with each daily, weekly, monthly entries we are making.
Excel on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable has been easy to use and onboard users who are new to the platform. The integrations have helped create reports when presenting to our Board of Directors. Beyond this, the modern aesthetic and feel make daily use enjoyable. Airtable has helped us create an HR database to help track applicants, a fundraising database, a mental health resource directory for our employees, and a directory with emergency resources for our community. We are proud of all the success we've encountered with Airtable! I recommend it to everyone for business or personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more extensions provided by Airtable. The page designer is underdeveloped.

We enjoy that everything is cloud-based and located in a single workspace.
Airtable Everything
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Airtable is its ability to empower teams of all skill levels to build custom solutions without needing extensive technical expertise. The platform's interconnectivity between tables, views, and automations allows for effortless collaboration and data sharing across projects and teams. The low-code/no-code nature of Airtable is a game-changer, enabling even non-technical users to model data, create workflows, and automate processes with ease. Its flexibility makes it feel like there's no challenge Airtable can't solve—whether it's project management, inventory tracking, or data visualization, Airtable consistently adapts to the needs of any organization. It's a powerful tool that democratizes access to advanced capabilities and drives innovation and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Airtable's flexibility is one of its greatest strengths, it can also pose challenges when it comes to governance and maintaining structure. Without disciplined processes in place, the freedom to build and customize can lead to inconsistencies in workflows or data management, making it harder to scale effectively. Additionally, while the platform is accessible for most users, some of the more advanced features—such as automations or complex formulas—come with a learning curve. As teams grow, managing larger data sets or implementing more granular permission controls can also become tricky. Whether these are limitations of the tool or just the nature of flexible platforms is debatable, but it requires users to be proactive in creating clear guidelines for consistency and governance.

Airtable solves key challenges in content operations, ingestion flows, and campaign management for International Partner Marketing. Its automations streamline repetitive tasks like content distribution and status updates, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Airtable also ensures data consistency across teams and campaigns, allowing us to easily integrate and leverage this data with other tools. This has helped us scale operations and maintain organization across international markets.
Company Administrator Bridges Team Data
What do you like best about the product?
Airtable is a user friendly data management software that automatically updates all sources when same data is utilized in so many different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company compains about billing setup and management of team users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable makes it easy for my team to collaborate with the rest of the organization that revolves around the same data.
Airtable is where I start each day
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the ability to filter my views according to my needs and also change my views to Kanban, Calendar, Grid, etc. It really does so much.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that you have to pay per user if you want them to be able to comment, write, etc. It can add up quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Airtable is how I manage and organize every project that I have going on simultaneously. It's how I delegate tasks and let my different departments know where we are at in the process.
Goodbye word docs and excel!
What do you like best about the product?
How you can house a lot of data in an easy-to-view, sortable, categorizable way. You normally have to use spreadsheets for this purpose, but no longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations with some of the existing funcationalities such as forms and interfaces.

How to work, share data, and collect information cross-functionally across a large org
This platform transformed our product development process for the better.
What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to pick just one thing, but the ability to customize our bases, interfaces, and forms to meet our needs as a company (and even moreso, by department) has been a gamechanger for us. Our teams can come to us to build almost anything, and we usually can deliver an even better experience than they originally imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the last year we've transitioned from primarily working in the Bases, to introducing Interfaces to most of our users. We love the additional customization and lack of clutter that comes with Interface, however there are still a few minor but crucial features from the Base grid views that are widely missed by our users and does cause some painpoints when reviewing our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of communication has been a constant problem within our organization, but the combination of clear documentation and automated reminders and updates has minimized the amount of delayed projects and tasks across the board. In addition, the ability to automate emails and status updates and reduced the need for a significant amount of manual work for our users.
Incredibly powerful low code database that can change your organization
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get over the initial hump, Airtable is probably one of the easiest databases I've ever worked with, and I've worked with databases since dBase in the 80s. Their really good tutorials and a large community on YouTube are invaluable. This made implementing our internal CMS relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a hump you have to get over, especially if you are coming from something like Trello or Monday. The switch from procedure to data first management was a bit of a hurdle but easy enough to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to bootsrap an internal CMS with little guidance. Once we started digging into it, we realized just how powerful and easy to use the entire system is. Once you get automation down, it makes everything from mail replies to reporting.
A Wonderful Blend of spreadsheets and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Airtable is it's versatility. With the number of options for column types and automations to manipulate them you can create anything. We use Airtable every single day at my office and it has become the most integral part of our workflows. We have begun to move all major workflows into Airtable. With how easy it is to build a specifc interface for the users of an app they can see only what you want them to see. Getting it to the right people to implement new workflows is so easy to implement with the offerings here. Its ability to communicate with slack, jira, google sheets makes it extremly easy to integrate into existing systems. Customer Support has always been easy to get a hold of when we needed them. The Airtable Acadmy training has been wonderful for teaching team members new elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Airtable for myself is how many more connections and tools are offered to me even though my admin doesn't pay for them like the AI tools. I want them and they taunt me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our need to track assets and tasks for our processes in a way that is scalable and works with the ever evolving needs of our team. We continue to apply it to new projects and it has saved a ton of time and effort that used to be manually clicking and updating items.
